The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duxx tries to clinch up and Richards counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Duxx thinking. Richards throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Richards throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Richards fails to land the takedown. Duxx fails in his attempt to clinch. Richards misses with a wild body shot. Richards drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Richards throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Richards loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Richards trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Richards passes Duxx's left leg - he's now in half guard. Richards is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pacquiao slips under a jab from Rafter. Pacquiao throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Pacquiao. A left and a right from Pacquiao both land. Nice combination. Rafter misses with an uppercut. Pacquiao saw that one coming. Manny Pacquiao seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Pacquiao fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Rafter misses with a body shot.
A looping hook to the body misses from Pacquiao. Rafter does a little dance to reset his feet. Pacquiao comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Pacquiao throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Rafter connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Rafter connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Pacquiao momentarily.

Rafter avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Pacquiao sitting in guard, not really doing much. Pacquiao wants to control from the top but Rafter keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

It connects and Rafter has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Pacquiao looks to score with a jab to the body but Rafter is just out of range.

Pacquiao ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Rafter throws a lazy right hand but Pacquiao sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Rafter throws a shot from downtown. Pacquiao moves away and avoids it. Pacquiao throws a series of punches but Rafter avoids them all with ease. Rafter swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Pacquiao walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Rafter checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Rafter misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Pacquiao.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rafter looks to land a right hand but Pacquiao moved out of range. Rafter fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pacquiao manages to avoid it. Pacquiao shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Manny Pacquiao will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

The fighters circling - Rafter throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Pacquiao takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Rafter takes one to the chin there. Rafter walks into a stiff left hand from Pacquiao. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rafter looking to score a takedown here. Pacquiao is defending well but Rafter drives through and ends up in Pacquiao's guard. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Pacquiao holds on and takes a little breather. Pacquiao looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Manny Pacquiao. Well Pacquiao has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Dnoces throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Parker cracks the inside of Dnoces's front leg. Parker pulls out of a head kick attempt.
The fighters circling - Dnoces throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Dnoces throws a lazy body kick and Parker counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Danneskjold has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Wilkins is really squeezing tight and eventually Danneskjold passes out! Semiazas throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Semiazas throws a series of punches but Coleman avoids them all with ease. Semiazas dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Semiazas slips a jab from Coleman. Semiazas throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Coleman on the side of the head. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blake staying out of range there. Kyle throws a leg kick and Blake counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. A jab from Blake does it's job there. Kyle tries for a takedown but Blake sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Kyle looks for the body kick but Blake saw that one coming. Kyle has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Blake. This has been an exciting period of action! Kyle on the wrong end of a nice jab. A solid leg kick lands there for Blake.
A nice inside leg kick there by Blake. That's going to slow Kyle down. Kyle ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Blake moves away. A low kick from Blake lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kyle has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kyle and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Kyle pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Blake scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Kyle cracks the inside of Blake's front leg. Blake's corner calls for a 1-2. Blake obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Kyle avoids the body shot from Blake.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Kyle moves nicely into side control. Rodney Blake is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Kyle misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Bombom does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Bombom saw that one coming. Bombom's corner calls for a 1-2. Bombom obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Torres connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bombom momentarily.

Rebo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Inzaghi has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Inzaghi lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Rebo takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Womba trying to control but Fighter is working from the bottom. Womba makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Womba throwing strikes but missing. Womba trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Womba throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. No, Fighter has managed to free his arm - good work. Fighter avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Womba. Womba thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Fighter's head. Womba wants to advance to full mount but Fighter doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Womba wants to pass the guard but Fighter is keeping the position. Fighter not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Womba is trying to control the action in half guard but Fighter is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Womba is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Fighter trying to control but Womba postures up.
