Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tim Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lae Praye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adams's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Rihanna - So Hard. Praye comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Carry That Weight kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! On his way into the cage it seems that Tim Adams has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Tim Adams seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

18 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lae Praye! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Adams fails in his attempt to clinch. A head kick misses from Praye. Adams throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Praye's waist but Praye gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Adams off to one side. Adams drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Praye taking punishment in the form of punches.
You can see the frustration on Praye's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Adams wants to stand but Praye is controlling his arm. Adams working away. Praye is looking for a sweep. Adams working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Praye can't do much from the bottom here.

Lae Praye showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!

The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Adams with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Praye lands a nice short elbow. Nice strikes from Praye there. Praye scoring with strikes to the body and head. Praye stalling away here and it's allowed Adams to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Praye trying to control but Adams is working from the bottom. Praye won't allow Adams to sweep him here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Adams utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. This has been an exciting period of action! Praye throwing strikes from guard but Adams blocks nicely. Praye landing with the ground and pound. Adams will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Adams is looking to stand up but Praye isn't so interested in that idea. Praye keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Adams's head. Praye postures up and lands a big shot to Adams's brow. Lae Praye has got the better of the ground game so far. Praye postures up in Adams's guard and throws a big left but Adams blocks it. Adams is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Praye might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Adams kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Praye missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Praye must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Adams throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Praye has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Praye working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Adams tries to land a sweep but no joy. Praye keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Adams's head. Adams is looking to stand up but Praye isn't so interested in that idea.

Praye missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Lae Praye is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Adams is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Praye controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that's the end of the fight! Lae Praye comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Praye has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcgrath misses with a few strikes there.

Silver staying out of range there. Silver wants to clinch but Mcgrath slips to the side and Mcgrath cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Silver changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mcgrath tries to avoid it but Silver manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mcgrath to the ground. Mcgrath escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Mcgrath rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Silver moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Silver keeps the fight on the outside. Mcgrath lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Silver circles away quickly and effectively. Mcgrath pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Mcgrath shoots in but Silver avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Silver tries to clinch but fails miserably and Silver takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Silver tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Silver landing some decent shots from guard. Silver throws a big right hand that misses. Silver postures up in Mcgrath's guard and throws a big left but Mcgrath blocks it. Mcgrath swivels though and keeps the full guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Silver is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Mcgrath wants to stand and escape but Silver is having none of it. Silver forces his way into half guard. Silver tries to pass the half guard into mount. Mcgrath knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Silver stops Mcgrath from getting back to his feet.

That was a close round but I would say that Dylan Mcgrath will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Mendes checks a leg kick. Mendes lands with a hook. Cell tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Mendes misses with a wild combination.

Mendes throws a series of punches but Cell moves out of range. Cell looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Mendes moves out of range of the body kick. Cell shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Cell throwing strikes from guard but Mendes blocks nicely. Cell is looking to work some ground and pound but Mendes has wrist control. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cell accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mendes pulls Cell in close to prevent any damage. Mendes really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cell. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Cell advances position into side control! We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Mendes can do anything to dispel that myth. Cell thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Cell looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Mendes is avoiding damage well.
Mendes is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Mendes wants to control but Cell postures up. Cell goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Mendes rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Cell's guard! Nice work there by Mendes! Cell escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mendes gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mendes got a little sloppy there for a moment and Cell has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Mendes has managed to get both his arms back between Cell's legs - danger averted. Cell looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Mendes has picked Cell up and slammed him! Cell can't keep hold of the triangle and Mendes manages to pass to side control! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Cell is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Cell manages to work his way to half guard, despite Mendes's best efforts. Cell has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cell works his way to full guard. Good work. Cell working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mendes doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Mendes manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Mendes wants to get up but he can't break Cell's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Cell is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Mendes defends well. Cell is trying to keep Mendes in close.
Cell bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mendes's guard.

Mendes keeping moving, preventing Cell from controlling successfully. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Mendes preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stem Cell is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Cell looks to land a body kick but Mendes moved away. Cell is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Mendes's half guard. Cell working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Mendes's thigh. Mendes counters though and makes it back to full guard.

Lupaus feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Rasputins jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Nuppu Lupaus is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Rasputin throws a head kick that misses. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Lupaus crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Rasputin - the referee stops the clock and Lupaus gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Rasputin. Lupaus manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Lupaus keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

Lupaus stuns Rasputin with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rasputin shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rasputin lands a head kick!

He thinks about going to the ground but Reed looks back up at him and smiles so Whipple waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Luke Reed has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Whipple connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Reed covering up! Whipple comes in with a big uppercut and Reed goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones ducks under a wild hook from Eisenberg. Eisenberg throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Jones connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Jones throws a hook but Eisenberg blocks it. Jones slips under a jab from Eisenberg. Eisenberg throws out a loose jab but Jones uses good head movement to avoid it. Eisenberg lands with a nice body punch. Heinrich Eisenberg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jones takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Jones ducks under a wild hook from Eisenberg. Jones takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Jones uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Eisenberg. Jones is trying desperately to land a takedown but Eisenberg is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Jones. Jones darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Eisenberg is looking to improve his position.

Eisenberg misses with a looping right. Jones slips a straight right by Eisenberg. Jones bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Sloppy strikes there by Jones. Jones is chipping away with strikes.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Eisenberg is looking to reverse the position. Jones throwing shots but missing, from side control. Jones working the ground and pound from side control. Jones looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Eisenberg blocking the ground and pound attempt from Jones. Jones throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Jones controlling the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Eisenberg tries to roll over but Jones keeps him under control. Eisenberg is concentrating on defense, preventing Jones from advancing position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Eisenberg lands the left hand. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Eisenberg lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jones has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jones and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Jones walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jones throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Jones lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Eisenberg at a distance.
Eisenberg lands a glancing blow to the side of Jones's head. Jones showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Eisenberg.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Eisenberg defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jones. Jones blocks a jab. Jones dives in and grabs Eisenberg's left leg, looking for a takedown. Eisenberg pushes down on Jones's head and hops out. Jones gets the takedown into side control. Jones fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Eisenberg is trying to improve his position. Eisenberg holds on tight, trying to prevent any damage. Jones misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones working the ground and pound. Jones wants to take a breather but Eisenberg manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Jones. Jones looking to pass the guard. Eisenberg looking to sweep here. No luck so far. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jones throws a big elbow that misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Luke Jones showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

We're back to striking at a distance. Eisenberg tries to score with a low kick but Jones moves his leg out of the way. Jones misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Eisenberg.
Eisenberg drops Jones with a beautiful combination! Jones stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Eisenberg is looking for the KO!
It looks like Luke Jones has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jones shoots for a double leg takedown but Eisenberg sprawls well. He's pushed Jones's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Heinrich Eisenberg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luke Jones. Jones swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Eisenberg scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Jones is rocked! Eisenberg throws an overhand right that lands on Jones's shoulder, as Jones tries to avoid the shot. Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Eisenberg finish him? Heinrich Eisenberg is winning the standup battle so far. Jones doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
