The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magged shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Nye as he avoids it easily.
Nye could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Magged fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Magged doesn't manage to clinch there - Nye circles away.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Magged.
Bill Nye has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Serga Magged.

Magged rushes Nye and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Magged jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Nye walks away with a smile on his face. Magged gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Magged moves into the clinch.
Magged lands an elbow that stopped Nye in his tracks for a moment.

It looks like Bill Nye has been cut.

Magged's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Magged throws a head kick but Nye moves out of range.
Nye misses with a takedown attempt - Magged sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Serga Magged seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Magged clinches with his opponent.

Magged ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Magged no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Nye has gone for a leg lock! Magged slips out almost immediately though and dives into Nye's guard.
Magged is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Magged stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nye swivels though and keeps the full guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nye looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.

Magged has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Nye has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Serga Magged comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Magged has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ritch is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Pluto flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Pluto is out cold! Ritch holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
