Yakubi ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Yakubi no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Thai will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Thai would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Yakubi is trying to keep Thai in close.

Yakubi is looking to sinch up a triangle. Thai throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Yakubi's body to avoid the submission. Yakubi has instead reached around Thai's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Yakubi arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Horrible takedown by Pile or perhaps it was just good defense by Rojas which made him look bad.
Pile misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Rojas pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Rojas defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Pile.
Arturo Rojas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stock Pile.
Rojas connects with a leg kick. Pile looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Rojas scores with a one two! Pile had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Pile shoots in for a takedown but Rojas shows good takedown defense.
Rojas throws a head kick that Pile semi-blocks.
Pile shoots in looking for a takedown. Rojas tries to sprawl out of it but Pile keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Rojas manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
