1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nick Diaz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Johnny Hunter! The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Diaz throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hunter's waist but Hunter gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Diaz off to one side. Hunter fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Diaz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Hunter tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Hunter lands with an uppercut that bounces Diaz off the cage and back into range. Hunter misses with a body shot.

Hunter stuffs the takedown attempt from Diaz. Diaz gets slowly back to his feet. Diaz shoots and misses enabling Hunter to counter with a crisp jab. Diaz shoots in but Hunter avoids the takedown attempt easily. Diaz shoots and misses and Hunter counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Nick Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hunter cracks Diaz with an open hand slap. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hunter misses with a hook. Diaz ducked under it nicely.

Diaz misses with a takedown attempt and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Hunter misses with a jab, cross combination.

Diaz is rocked! A lazy left from Hunter finds it's target. Oh Diaz is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Hunter looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Diaz blocks a low kick nicely. Diaz seems to have got his legs back now. Diaz looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Hunter catches Diaz with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Diaz might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far. Hunter lands a glancing blow to the side of Diaz's head. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hunter's jab looks to have found its range, popping Diaz under the eye. Johnny Hunter is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Diaz shoots in for a takedown but Hunter shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Johnny Hunter comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Hunter has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Dunn looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Sharp throws a head kick that misses. Sharp fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sharp shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Sharp content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Sharp is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sharp frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Sharp controlling from mount. BOOM! Sharp connects with a massive shot to the dome!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sharp tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Sharp has got one arm under Dunn's chin. This could be trouble... Dunn trying to control the other hand but Sharp gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Dunn has tapped out! The fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stone gets a clinch. Stone escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Stone tries to close the distance and clinch but Picker swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Stone tries to close the distance and clinch up but Picker swats him away and circles back towards the center. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Picker is defended easily by Stone. Picker tries to score a power double leg takedown but Stone sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Picker somewhat. Nice cross by Stone. Picker gets a double leg takedown into Stone's guard. Picker throwing strikes from guard but Stone blocks nicely. Stone is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Picker has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Stone wants to stand up but Picker is controlling him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Picker seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Picker advances position into side control! Picker with the ground and pound but Stone regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Stone blocking the ground and pound attempt from Picker. Picker missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Picker trying to pass the guard but Stone defending well.

Stone is positioning himself well to prevent Picker advancing to mount. Picker thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Stone's head. Picker thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Picker is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Stone sees it coming and defends easily. Picker is stalling here. Stone is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Picker seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Stone has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Picker dodges the ground and pound from Stone.

Stone stalks Picker and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Picker's face. Picker staggers backwards, shaken. This has been an exciting period of action! Stone is looking to chop away at Picker's legs. Picker shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Stone defends it nicely. Picker gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Stone counters with a straight right hand. Stone throws a series of strikes that have Picker backpedaling.
Picker takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Stone scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Picker is rocked! Stone tries to clinch up and Picker counters with a shoot takedown. Stone fights it but they end up in guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Stone has Picker pulled in close to control his posture. Stone keeping full guard, as Picker tries to pass. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raphael Stone dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

It looks like Shane Picker has been cut. Picker shoots in looking for a takedown. Stone tries to sprawl out of it but Picker keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Stone manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Picker shoots for a takedown but Stone saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shane Picker. That's going to take a lot out of him. Stone attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Stone misses with a two punch combination.

Nice shot by Stone. Oh Picker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A shot to the liver by Stone. Beautiful body shot. Stone drives through and clinches with Picker against the cage.

Picker seems to have got his legs back now. Oooooh!!! Stone has knocked Picker down with a huge combo! Stone steps away and waves a wobbly Picker back to his feet! This one might not go much longer! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Stone connects with a nice cross there... Picker is looking wobbly and Stone recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Picker to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Stone jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

After the fight, Raphael Stone was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Long throws a series of punches but Drexler avoids them all with ease. Long slips a jab from Drexler. Drexler tries a head kick but it misses.
Long punishes Drexler's body with a nice straight punch. Long cracks Drexler with a right hand to the side of the head. Drexler moves into the clinch. Drexler has Long pressed against the cage.
Long tries a body shot but Drexler blocks it.
Long takes a knee to the side of the body. Long wants to break the clinch but can't.
Drexler tries to score a body lock takedown but Long shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Drexler is pushing Long up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Long tries to work over Drexler's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Long tries to throw a body punch but Drexler avoids it by throwing Long back against the cage.

Long throws a jab when Drexler was well out of range. Drexler is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Long. Long slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Drexler moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Long thows a body shot but no joy. Nice body kick there by Drexler. Drexler tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Long manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Nice jab there from Long. Nice shot lands for Long. Long fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Drexler misses with a double jab

Drexler has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Long waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Drexler. A lazy left from Long finds it's target. Bob Long is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Long looks to land a right hand but Drexler moved out of range. Long throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Drexler stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Drexler checks a leg kick nicely. Drexler pushes Long up against the cage in a clinch. Drexler blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Drexler is struggling to control the position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Drexler breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Jon Drexler has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! This has been an exciting period of action! Long swinging wildly here.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bob Long. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Long, winning every round. Mubiala tries to avoid it but Broyles manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mubiala to the ground. Mubiala escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Broyles lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mubiala circles away quickly and effectively. Broyles shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Mubiala as he jumps to the side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Scott Broyles. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mubiala displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Broyles. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rogan dives in and scores a takedown into Ford's guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Ford wants to stand but Rogan is controlling the position. Rogan is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rogan drops back, looking for a kneebar! Ford looks panicked!
