Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, David Casillas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Harry Kozar! The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Colin Fray and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Casillas tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kozar sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Casillas somewhat. Kozar closes the distance and clinches up with Casillas, looking for a takedown. Kozar pushes Casillas against the cage but Casillas circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Kozar closes the distance and pushes Casillas back into the cage. A nice glancing elbow lands by Kozar. Casillas tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Kozar unloads a knee to the mid-section. Casillas is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Kozar is keeping busy. Kozar breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kozar fails in his attempt to clinch. Kozar fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kozar wants to try and get back to his feet. Casillas wants to finish this one by submission but Kozar is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Casillas. Kozar is bucking up trying to escape but Casillas cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Casillas will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Casillas in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

Kozar is rocked! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Casillas cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Kozar is still in real trouble! Can Casillas finish him? Casillas looking to control and managing it successfully. Casillas postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Kozar looks a forlorn figure.

David Casillas overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Casillas lands a shot to the head. Casillas really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Kozar. A helpless look comes across Kozar 's face. He knows he's trapped as Casillas lands a series of unanswered strikes. The ref steps in to stop the fight and this one is in the books!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Armas lands a big head kick that sends Jackson tumbling to the mat! Armas takes a step backwards and waves Jackson back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like D J Jackson has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Armas stuffs the takedown attempt from Jackson. Jackson gets slowly back to his feet. Jackson fails with the takedown. Armas gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Armas manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bean shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Seoul's guard. Bean trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Seoul working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bean doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Seoul is tightening it up a little... Bean has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Bean reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Bean taps out! Nice BJJ there by Seoul!

Bastard misses with a takedown and Duenas counters with a nice uppercut. Bastard with a poor takedown and Duenas counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Simans has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Simpson to stand back up! This has been an exciting period of action! Simpson with a jab. Simpson is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Simans scores with a nice body kick.
