Imega connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Imega looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Imega, as that shot connected.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Imega enables Da Costa to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Imega manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Imega can do anything to dispel that myth.
Da Costa stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Imega swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Imega really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Da Costa. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Da Costa steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Imega's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Imega just didn't come prepared.
