The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGee is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lister.
McGee misses with a straight right.
McGee connects with a body shot.
McGee tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Lister manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
McGee takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Lister will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Lister throws a lazy right hand but McGee sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Lister lunges at McGee with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by McGee's hand.
Lister throws the kick towards the body but McGee avoids it.
McGee avoids the body shot from Lister.
McGee jabs Lister right on the nose. Lister blinks but takes it well.
Lister thuds his right hand into McGee's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

McGee throws a series of punches but Lister avoids them all with ease.

Klint tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bruvik manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Klint decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bruvik is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Ochoa lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kelly has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kelly and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
