Baroev kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Limp Bizkit - Counterfeit. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Antonis Papas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Denis Domian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Domian comes into a darkened arena with his song building. WTC kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Antonis Papas had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 146.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

I think Dudnicov might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Eminem,50 Cent,2 pac-till in collapse. Pap tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Jarzyna manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Jarzyna shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Pap looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jarzyna takes a kick to the side of the head.
Jarzyna shoots for a double leg takedown but Pap sprawls well. He's pushed Jarzyna's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Pap misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jarzyna throws a left and a right that both miss
and Pap counters with an inside leg kick.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Pap throws a head kick that misses.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Krzysztof Jarzyna showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Jarzyna avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jarzyna shoots in looking for a takedown. Pap tries to sprawl out of it but Jarzyna keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pap manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Jarzyna lands with a nice combination. Pap backs away looking to recover.
Jarzyna looks to land a left hand but Pap moved out of range nicely.

Jarzyna has Pap pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Pap manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Jarzyna takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Pap gets underhooks to prevent Jarzyna's takedown attempt.
Antonis Pap has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krzysztof Jarzyna.
Pap can't break the clinch.
Jarzyna has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Jarzyna goes for a takedown attempt but Pap pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

and Pap counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Jarzyna is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Pap tries to bum rush Jarzyna with a series of wild strikes but Jarzyna uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Pap pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Pap displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jarzyna.

and Pap makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Jarzyna really felt that one!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jarzyna seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karhu cracks Fitch with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Fitch fails to land the takedown.
Fitch takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Fitch tries to clinch but Karhu moves away
and Karhu connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Fitch is rocked!
Karhu cracks Fitch with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Vale Karhu!
A relieved looking Vale Karhu thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
