Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Rock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hannibal Barkas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Barkas's choice of entrance music: Civil war. Hannibal Barkas struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 206.3lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. On his way into the cage it seems that Tommy Rock has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Tommy Rock seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

17 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hannibal Barkas! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rock throws a right hand that misses
and Barkas counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Rock's guard now. Rock wants to stand up but Barkas is controlling him. Rock working for a triangle but Barkas defends it easily.
Rock looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Barkas has picked Rock up and slammed him! Rock can't keep hold of the triangle and Barkas manages to pass to side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Rock takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Rock wants to get back to his feet. Barkas swings around for an armbar but Rock sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Barkas's guard. Barkas looking for a sweep. Not yet Barkas, not yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rock trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Barkas manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Barkas avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Barkas tries to free his leg and advance position but Rock is retaining full guard. Barkas trying to control the position from guard on top but Rock is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Barkas moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Rock. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Barkas goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Rock rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Barkas's guard! Nice work there by Rock! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hannibal Barkas dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Rock buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Rock misses with a body kick. Rock closes the distance looking to clinch and Barkas counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Barkas looks to land a left hand but Rock moved out of range nicely. Barkas on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Rock manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Barkas on his heels. He'll look to pass Barkas's guard now, I'm sure. Rock missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Rock won't allow Barkas to sweep him here. Rock slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Barkas looking for a sweep but Rock has passed into full mount! Oh no!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Barkas manages to regain half guard. Good work. Barkas looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Rock uses his free foot to push down on Barkas's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Barkas.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rock lands a big shot there that rocks Barkas but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Rock postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Barkas looks a forlorn figure.
Barkas is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The referee warns Barkas that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The cut above Hannibal Barkas's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Barkas taking shots to the head.
Hannibal Barkas's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Hannibal Barkas's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Tommy Rock! Tommy Rock really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Cobra Pharmaceuticals (159++ Stamina) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rajamaki moves in looking to clinch but Keane pushes him off. Rajamaki takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Rajamaki darts in trying to clinch and Keane counters with a lovely straight right hand! Rajamaki has closed the distance and engaged Keane in a clinch.
Keane escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Keane cracks Rajamaki with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Keane misses with a series of wild punches.
Rajamaki misses with a takedown attempt and Keane counters with a one-two to the body. Rajamaki looks to land a body kick but Keane moved away. Rajamaki looks to clinch and Keane counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Rajamaki fails in his attempt to clinch. Rajamaki lands a jab-cross combination. Keane displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Rajamaki. Rajamaki throws a nice looking combination but Keane bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Rajamaki darts in trying to clinch and Keane counters with a stiff right hand. Rajamaki lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Coolpunch fails with the takedown and Herculus counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Herculus moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Herculus bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Coolpunch's head. A jab from Herculus does it's job there. Coolpunch needs to keep his hands up - Herculus had a free shot at his head there. Coolpunch fails with the takedown and Herculus counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Coolpunch is rocked! Laz Herculus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Coolpunch. Coolpunch looks gassed! Coolpunch shoots and misses and Herculus counters with a straight that turns Coolpunch's legs to rubber! Herculus pushes forward with more strikes and Coolpunch goes down, battered and bloody! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Orele is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Nice sprawl there from La Plegua as Orele shoots in. La Plegua lands a nice hook to Orele's body. Orele takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Orele drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Orele throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around La Plegua's waist but La Plegua gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Orele off to one side. Good leg kick by La Plegua there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. La Plegua moves away from the strike by Orele. La Plegua connects with an inside leg kick. Orele throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Orele shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has La Plegua pinned against the cage. La Plegua gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Andy La Plegua has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dhe Orele. Orele shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. La Plegua defends it nicely. Orele looks gassed! La Plegua scores with a nice head shot.
Orele is rocked! La Plegua lands a brutal uppercut that launches Orele off his feet! Orele tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mak throws a big shot that misses. Mak misses with a left hand and Johnson counters with a right hand to the body. Johnson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Mak counters with a lovely straight right hand! Mak fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Johnson on the side of the head. Johnson scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Mak doesn't seem bothered though. Johnson scores with a decent looking hook.

Nope, Mak circles away and we're back to standing. Mak has his takedown stuffed and Johnson counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Mak uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. A jab from Mak does it's job there.

enabling Mak to counter with a crisp jab. Johnson looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Mak! Mak keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson controlling his opponent. Mak bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Mak prevents Johnson from getting back to his feet. Mak missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Mak postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Mak looking to pass the guard. Mak throws an elbow that misses. Johnson uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Mak's guard. Nice move by Johnson! Mak looking for a triangle here. Johnson is fighting it but it looks tight! Mak pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Johnson is tapping out - this one is all over!
