Fertus rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Antonini moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fertus lands a left and a right that send Antonini crashing to the mat, dazed. Fertus thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Boi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Boi jabs Slice to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Boi tries to clinch up.

Slice pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Slice decides to pull guard.
Boi trying to stand up but can't free himself from Slice's guard.
Boi trying to control but Slice is working from the bottom.
Slice tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Boi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Slice swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Boi shoots for a double leg takedown but Slice sprawls well. He's pushed Boi's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Slice changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Boi tries to avoid it but Slice manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Boi to the ground. Boi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Boi stuffs the takedown attempt from Slice. Slice gets slowly back to his feet.
Slice shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Boi as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kimbo Slice. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Boi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Slice closes the distance and clinches.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Slice can't keep his opponent in guard - Boi advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Slice is looking to control Boi's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Slice avoid being mounted?

Kimbo Slice is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Craven Moorehead (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Floring (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moorehead's entrance music is Me So Horny - 2 Live Crew. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
