Obworth throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Nice combo by Obworth! Oh, that's hurt him - Quattro falls to the canvas and Obworth follows him into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Obworth wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Quattro, who protects the arm well.
Quattro tries to improve position but can't.

Obworth in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Quattro looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Obworth turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meatstock keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Duxx takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
The fight stays on the outside here - Duxx looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Duxx ducks under a wild hook from Meatstock.
Meatstock swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Duxx tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A telegraphed right hand from Meatstock misses the target.
Duxx tries to close the distance and clinch but Meatstock swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Duxx on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Meatstock misses with an uppercut. Duxx saw that one coming.
Duxx tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Meatstock manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Meatstock keeps the fight on the outside.
Meatstock circles away from the clinch attempt.
Duxx tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Meatstock paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Duxx takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Meatstock cracks Duxx with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Duxx looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Meatstock finish him?

Duxx is rocked!
Duxx tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Meatstock paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Meatstock throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Duxx fails in his attempt to clinch.
Meatstock throws a hook but Duxx blocks it.
Duxx uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Meatstock.
BOOM! Meatstock lands a beautiful left hook that drops Duxx. Duxx tries to recover but Meatstock is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Duxx lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

Lou Meatstock got down on his knees post fight and begged the management for a title shot. 'Please, I want that title shot so bad! Give it to me!'

Lil III closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lil III lands in his opponent's guard.

Man is trying to control the position but Lil III postures up.
Man keeping full guard, as Lil III tries to pass.
Lil III wants to control from the top but Man keeps moving.

Lil III drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Man dives on top into guard.
Lil III is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Lil III is looking to sinch up a triangle. Man throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Lil III's body to avoid the submission. Lil III has instead reached around Man's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Lil III arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Ba Lil III!
Ba Lil III retains his lightweight title!
Ba Lil III gave a mention to (MFS) Macto Fight System in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
