I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Fabio Vendetta was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vendetta rushes Lo and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Vendetta lands a right hand that snaps the head of Lo backwards.
It looks like Bo Lo has been cut. Lo swings wildly with an uppercut but Vendetta uses good head movement to avoid it. Vendetta throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Vendetta taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
A left hand lands to the body for Vendetta.
Lo tries to throw a body punch but Vendetta avoids it by throwing Lo back against the cage. Lo takes a shot to the head. A hook to the body from Vendetta.
Lo is breathing heavily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Vendetta prevents a body shot from Lo. Vendetta scores with a shot to the side of Lo's head. Vendetta lands with a right to the head. Vendetta lands an uppercut.
Bo Lo's cut is getting worse. Lo letting Vendetta take a breather here. A left hand lands to the body for Vendetta.
Vendetta lands a hook that snaps the head of Lo backwards. Vendetta creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Lo's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Lo drops to his knees and Vendetta pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Souza takes one on the button.
It looks like Jivago Souza has been cut. Souza misses with a takedown and Stan counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Stan misses with a body shot
and Souza counters with a shoot takedown. Stan fights it but they end up in guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Stan lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Souza! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Souza is trying to escape the mount.
Stan raining down shots from the mount! Stan is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Souza to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Souza shrugs it off. Stan unloading with bombs! We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Souza can do anything to dispel that myth. Souza is wriggling around trying to escape.
Stan fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Stan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Souza wants to control but Stan is having none of it. Stan putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
That's one minute gone in the round. Stan is landing with some decent strikes but Souza is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Souza is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Souza is bucking up trying to escape but Stan cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Souza is rocked! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stan drops a big elbow. That's hurt Souza! More shots from Stan and the ref steps in! The fight is over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice takedown defense from Slater. No joy for Diaz on that attempt. No luck with that takedown attempt from Diaz. Diaz shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Slater pinned against the cage. Slater gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Silva Diaz. That's going to take a lot out of him. Slater slips a straight right by Diaz. Slater tries to bum rush Diaz with a series of wild strikes but Diaz uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Silva Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Slater wants to clinch up but Diaz keeps it at a distance. Slater fails with an attempt to clinch.
Diaz gets caught napping as Slater dives in and scores a takedown. Diaz manages to retain guard. Slater is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Diaz has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Slater is looking to defend but Diaz has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Slater! Diaz pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Slater taps out and this one is all over!

Gonzales checks the leg kick. A low kick from Marcos misses and Gonzales counters with a head kick that drops Marcos to the mat! Marcos scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Gonzales closes the distance and clinches up with Marcos, looking for a takedown. Gonzales pushes Marcos against the cage but Marcos circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Marcos takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Marcos throws a solid leg kick but Gonzales takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Marcos. Marcos lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Stevie Gonzales is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Gonzales keeps Marcos at a distance using the push kick.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Araribe manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Bradley on his heels. He'll look to pass Bradley's guard now, I'm sure. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Araribe engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Araribe wants to pass the guard but Bradley is keeping the position. Bradley really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Bradley is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Araribe is controlling him. Bradley pulls Araribe in close to prevent any damage. Araribe lands a couple of elbows. Bradley is trying to keep Araribe in close.

Araribe loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Araribe passes Bradley's left leg - he's now in half guard. Nice strikes from Araribe there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bradley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Tim Bradley is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Araribe stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Araribe wants it to stay on the feet. Araribe closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Bradley tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Araribe wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Bradley is working to avoid the ground and pound but Araribe connects with a decent elbow. Araribe working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Araribe works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Araribe prevents Bradley from escaping the position. Araribe landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Araribe tries to advance to mount but Bradley denies him. Bradley tries to bench press Araribe off him but Araribe keeps the position.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Henki working for a triangle but Obina defends it easily.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Badridge misses with a straight right. Badridge feints and as Gutierrez raises his hands in defense, Badridge changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Badridge sitting in guard here, content to control. Badridge pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Gutierrez is keeping the position for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Yay doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Yay throws a leg kick that misses. Yay throws a leg kick and Ronan connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Yay takes a body punch but keeps moving. This has been an exciting period of action! Ronan slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Ronan bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Yay's head backwards. Ronan lands with a right that hurts Yay. Yay looks to clinch but Ronan throws a short knee that drops Yay.
