Bjj tries to stall but Garcilazo uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Garcilazo has clasped his hands together around Bjj's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Garcilazo content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Garcilazo's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Garcilazo tries to advance to mount but Bjj denies him.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Garcilazo is standing up over Bjj. Bjj looks to escape but Garcilazo dives into side control.

 It looks like GameBred Bjj has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Eater looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Winner! The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Eater is trying to control here but Winner has managed to regain half guard.
Eater misses with a head shot. Winner uses the momentum to regain guard. Winner wants to get back to his feet but Eater is in a dominant position and won't allow it. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Winner has eaten all the pies!

Eater bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Eater wants to lay and pray for a moment but Winner keeps working. Eater tries to stand but Winner is controlling his head. Eater lands a few punches from side control.

Eater is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Eater will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fight Team throws a front kick aimed at Gailitis's knee but Gailitis avoids it well. Gailitis throws a leg kick but Fight Team sees it coming and checks it nicely. Good work by Fight Team as he checks the leg kick. Fight Team shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gailitis with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Horse could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Kid looks to land a strike but Horse avoids it nicely and regains full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kid trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Horse wants to stand up but Kid is controlling him. Kid wants to pass the guard but Horse is keeping the position. Kid working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Horse wants to stand but Kid is controlling the position.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ground Fighter scores with a head kick. Monstar tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Monstar does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Monstar lands a big head kick that sends Ground Fighter tumbling to the mat! Monstar takes a step backwards and waves Ground Fighter back to his feet - he wants the finish!
 It looks like Crazy Horse Ground Fighter has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ground Fighter throws a sloppy head kick and Monstar moves out of range easily. A swing and a miss from Monstar. A swing and a miss from Monstar. Ground Fighter tries a head kick but it misses.
