Locke tries to clinch there but Stark circles away.

Locke looks to score with a jab to the body but Stark is just out of range.

Stark closes the distance and pushes Locke back into the ropes.

Locke wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Stark has him pressed against the ropes.

Stark's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Locke can't find room to land a body shot as Stark controls the action.

Thomas Stark takes that one as he scored multiple knockdowns. Shia Locke was lucky to get out of the first round.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Stark tries to close the distance and clinch but Locke swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Stark presses Locke against the ropes and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Locke is looking to break free of the clinch but Stark has double underhooks.

Stark lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Stark tries a knee to the head but Locke blocks it.

Stark breaks the clinch momentarily and cracks Locke with a big right hook that drops him to the canvas! Locke looks like he might be in big trouble here! The referee has started the count straight away and we're up to 5 already. Locke get to one knee - can he make it back to his feet? Yes, he's struggled back up to his feet and seems OK to continue. The referee agrees so we're back to the action!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Stark dances in with a quick combination. Locke is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Stark snaps Locke's head back. Locke stumbles backwards against the ropes. Stark steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Locke's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Locke just didn't come prepared.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Thomas Stark!

After the fight, Thomas Stark was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
