A decent looking cross lands there for Ghita.
Daniels bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Ghita fails with an attempt to clinch.

Daniels throws out a head kick that Ghita doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Ghita crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Ghita's eyes and has decided to let it go on!
It looks like Hesdy Ghita has been cut.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shillings throws a push kick but Sagat slaps the foot to one side.
Shillings swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Sagat tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Shillings paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Shillings thuds a left hand into Sagat's body.
Crunch! Sagat slams his shin into Shillings's torso.
Sagat throws a big shot that misses.
Sagat moves in looking to clinch but Shillings pushes him off.
Sagat moves out of range as Shillings throws a body kick.
Shillings lands with a good body shot.
Sagat throws a leg kick that is checked
and Shillings counters with a nice kick to the body.
Sagat looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A low kick from Shillings is predictable there
and Sagat counters with an outside leg kick.
Sagat tries to land a front kick but Shillings steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Shillings stalks Sagat and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Sagat's face. Sagat staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Victor Sagat has been cut.
Shillings throws a front kick to the face that drops Sagat face first to the mat! Oh, he's in big trouble! He's stumbling all over the place and has face planted into the ropes, causing the referee to call an end to the fight! What a finish!

Stack Shillings tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
