The bell rings for round one and we are underway! WIlson moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for WIlson.
A momentary lapse in concentration from WIlson enables Oliveira to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. WIlson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. This has been an exciting period of action! WIlson is looking for a triangle but Oliveira pushes his legs off easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Oliveira wants to work for an arm triangle but WIlson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Oliveira wants to lay and pray for a moment but WIlson keeps working. Oliveira in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Oliveira controls the position.

Oliveira is looking to advance position but WIlson won't allow it. WIlson is trying to stand up here but Oliveira is controlling him well. Oliveira is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and WIlson defends it well. Oliveira keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. WIlson wants to control but Oliveira is keeping busy.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thorsen will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Hai slips under a jab from Thorsen. A slow jab from Thorsen misses its intended target. Hai blocks a jab. Thorsen misses with a looping right. Thorsen defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hai. Thorsen jabs Hai right on the nose. Hai blinks but takes it well. A jab from Thorsen misses. Hai is looking to chop away at Thorsen's legs. Thorsen throws a right hand that Hai ducks under and follows up with a left that Hai also avoids with ease. Hai shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Thorsen sprawls well. Thorsen wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hai gets slowly back to his feet. Thorsen catches Hai with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Hai fails with the takedown and Thorsen counters with a lovely straight right hand! Ejnar Thorsen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of So Hai.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hai has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Thorsen misses with a hook. Hai ducked under it nicely. Thorsen cracks Hai with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Hai tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Thorsen pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Hai is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Creed throws a hook but Barra avoids it easily. Barra gets caught napping as Creed dives in and scores a takedown. Barra manages to retain guard. Barra is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Creed is aware though and is defending well. Barra working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Creed doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Creed manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Creed advances position into side control! Creed working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Barra can't do much from the bottom here. Creed postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Creed tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Creed has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gostos A fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Antonio manages to avoid it. Gostos A bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Gostos A throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Antonio on the side of the head. Gostos A gets caught napping as Antonio dives in and scores a takedown. Gostos A manages to retain guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Antonio cracks Gostos A with a solid left hand. Gostos A is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Antonio stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gostos A swivels though and keeps the full guard. Antonio is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
