Silva changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Reyes looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Silva swings around for an armbar but Reyes sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Silva's guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Reyes enables Silva to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Reyes manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Souza has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Assassin to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Souza is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Assassin pulls down on the head and he's put Souza to sleep! This one is all over!
