6 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Andrzej Grzesiuk! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vato Loco! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Wagner Zegers and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Grzesiuk. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Loco holds on to Grzesiuk's head and controls the position momentarily. Grzesiuk misses with the ground and pound. Grzesiuk decides to stand up, so the ref orders Loco to his feet. Loco scores with a body shot.
Loco throws a body punch but Grzesiuk moves out of range. Loco misses with a body shot.
Loco jabs Grzesiuk right on the nose. Grzesiuk blinks but takes it well. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Loco misses with a hook. Grzesiuk fails with the takedown. Grzesiuk shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Loco napping and manages to drive through into side control! Grzesiuk working away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Loco is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Grzesiuk is staying active. Loco is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Grzesiuk has just dragged him back down to the mat. Loco is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Grzesiuk off and has taken his back! Loco lands with a hammerfist to the side of Grzesiuk's head. Loco lands a shot to the head. Loco not allowing Grzesiuk to control his hands. Grzesiuk looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. Loco really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Grzesiuk. Grzesiuk tries to escape but Loco has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Loco trying to control. Loco might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Grzesiuk kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Loco throwing wild punches that miss their target. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. What can Grzesiuk do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Loco tries to keep control of the position but Grzesiuk is staying busy. Loco throwing damaging strikes from the back! Grzesiuk could be in trouble here!
Loco throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage. Good control from Loco. Loco lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Loco.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Loco throwing wild punches that miss their target. Loco not allowing Grzesiuk to control his hands. Loco slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Loco has the hooks in. Grzesiuk is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Loco is persistently looking for the submission but Grzesiuk is defending it well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. A lull in the action here.
Loco has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Grzesiuk wants to get back to his feet.

Loco is punishing Grzesiuk with strikes - can he finish him?! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Grzesiuk is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Loco.

Vato Loco dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Loco lands with a hook. Grzesiuk tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Loco cracks Grzesiuk with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Grzesiuk looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Loco finish him?
Grzesiuk is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Loco slips a straight right by Grzesiuk. Oh Grzesiuk is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A good leg kick by Loco. Loco plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Grzesiuk to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Grzesiuk just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Vato Loco! In his post fight interview, Vato Loco started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Takurata throws a hook but Jim blocks it. Some wild striking there from Jim.
Takurata ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Takurata misses with a body shot.
No joy there for Jim, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Takurata pushes Jim up against the cage in a clinch. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Takurata misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Takurata digs a right hand into Jim's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Jim's gas tank. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A left hand lands to the body for Takurata.

Jim goes for a takedown attempt but Takurata pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

It looks like Super Jim has been cut. Takurata moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Jim takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jim loses concentration momentarily and Takurata pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Jim crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Takurata finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Isei Takurata! Isei Takurata was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Junakovic throws a hook but Blume blocks it. Junakovic moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Blume dodges the punch combination from Junakovic.
Junakovic cracks Blume with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Junakovic thows a left - swing and a miss! Junakovic throws a hook to the side of Blume's head but Blume sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. A nice inside leg kick there by Blume. That's going to slow Junakovic down. Junakovic throws a series of punches but Blume moves out of range. Blume takes the fight into the clinch. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Blume missing with knees to the body.

The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Blume misses with a knee to the head. Junakovic is working for takedown but Blume is calmly controlling the position for now. Blume connects with a nasty looking knee right to Junakovic's face.

Blume feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Junakovic's calf. Koljo Junakovic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Junakovic takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Blume feints and then cracks Junakovic's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Junakovic down.

Junakovic on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Junakovic takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Junakovic misses with a double jab.

Steel lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Ciupaga backwards. Steel tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Ciupaga pushes off an throws an elbow but Steel leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Steel tries to throw a body punch but Ciupaga avoids it by throwing Steel back against the cage. Ciupaga throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Steels head. Ciupaga gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Troeman misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Troeman dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Doberman. That did some damage! Troeman ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Doberman moves away. A decent looking body kick lands there for Troeman. Doberman dodges the punch combination from Troeman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Showman loads up on a big right hand but Katebi slips the punch. Showman thows a left - swing and a miss! Katebi closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Showman to the mat! Showman manages to get full guard. Katebi slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Showman has an active guard here but Katebi has managed to pass into half guard.

Showman with the active half guard here but Katebi passes nicely into side control. Katebi landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Katebi happy to just control the position for now.

Katebi stands up and beckons Showman to his feet. A combination from Showman does no damage. Showman tries to sprawl but Katebi drives through with a takedown into half guard. Katebi stalling. Showman wants to stand back up but Katebi manages to pass into side control.
Katebi has knee on belly and moves into mount. Katebi tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Showman really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Katebi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Katebi moves to the back position. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Katebi is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Showman up.
Katebi is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. Showman rolls, trying to escape but Katebi keeps control of the position.
Katebi has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Showman! Can he survive? No! He's out! Katebi gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.

That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Sheen is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Sheen lands with a straight right. Staley didn't see that one coming.
It looks like Layne Staley has been cut. Layne Staley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. This has been an exciting period of action! Sheen feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Staley sprawling to the canvas! Staley rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Sheen finish him?!
Staley throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Staley misses with a takedown and Sheen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Staley fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Staley seems to have got his legs back now. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Layne Staley. That's going to take a lot out of him. Staley is breathing heavily. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Sheen, right into the meat.
Sheen cracks Staley with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Staley falls to his knees and Sheen doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The fighters circle momentarily. Campbell darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Campbell throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Gzrel shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Campbell misses with an uppercut. Gzrel saw that one coming. Campbell throws an ugly left hook that misses

Campbell blocks a low kick nicely. Campbell works the jab nicely. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Campbell lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Gzrel and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Gilmour is trying to maintain a safe position but Redman gets an underhook and turns Gilmour into the cage. Gilmour lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Gilmour lands a right hand that snaps the head of Redman backwards. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Gilmour as Redman tries to tie him up. Gilmour pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Gilmour looks to land a left hand but Redman moved out of range nicely. Gilmour avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Redman throws a shot from downtown. Gilmour moves away and avoids it.

Redman lands a nice leg kick that just misses Gilmour's sensitive parts. Redman is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Redman throws a lazy body kick and Gilmour counters with a head kick. Redman shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Stuart Redman's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
