And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Harrison King!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from King.
Nice takedown defense from Gracie. No joy for King on that attempt.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt - King sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
King is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Gracie throws an off balance right hand
and Gracie takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gracie. King does a little dance to reset his feet.

A momentary lapse in concentration from King enables Gracie to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. King manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
King looking for a sweep. Not yet King, not yet.

Gracie is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Barron is just riding it out for now. Gracie eventually gives up the hold.
