The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rackham feints and as Fronning raises his hands in defense, Rackham changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Rackham is working Fronning over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Rackham stays in close to Fronning's body and controls the position.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Rackham's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Rackham cracks Fronning with a solid left hand.

Rackham escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fronning gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Rackham holds on and takes a little breather.

Rackham's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Jack Rackham has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Good leg kick by Rackham there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Rackham closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Fronning quickly recovers to half guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Rackham in particular looking to stall.

Berry has chosen Duck and Run by 3 Doors Down as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Berry's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Barnes connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Berry scrambles back to his feet.

Tucker throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Man was covering up waiting for the punch and Tucker finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Tucker not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Man changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tucker looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Solefald shoots in looking for a takedown but Tennant manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Solefald's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Tennant's jab looks to have found its range, popping Solefald under the eye.

Solefald shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tennant as he jumps to the side.
Tennant slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

The cut above Valravn Solefald's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Tennant paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Valravn Solefald's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Solefald throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tennant's waist but Tennant gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Solefald off to one side.
Solefald shoots in looking for a takedown. Tennant tries to sprawl out of it but Solefald keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tennant manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Tennant swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Solefald.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Tennant lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Valravn Solefald's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
