The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Machida darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Machida wants to pass to mount but Levinho is defending the position. Levinho makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Levinho. Levinho is looking to sinch up a triangle. Machida throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Levinho's body to avoid the submission. Levinho has instead reached around Machida 's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Levinho arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Smith checks a low kick from Whun. Smith decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Whun wants to get back to full guard. Smith winds up and cracks Whun with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Whun looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Whun is trying to get back to full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Whun makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Whun. Smith trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Smith wants to control from the top but Whun keeps moving. Whun tries to land a sweep but no joy. Smith throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Whun looking to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Smith trying to control the position from guard on top but Whun is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Whun looking to control.
Smith pushes down on Whun's leg and manages to get into half guard. Smith seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Whun has recovered full guard. Whun bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Smith's guard. Smith not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Smith is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Smith is looking to pass Whun's guard but actually Whun recovers to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Whun is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Whun looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Smith has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Whun keeping moving, preventing Smith from controlling successfully. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Smith stands and throws Whun's legs to the side, diving into side control. Smith scores with a couple of short elbows. Whun tries to control but Smith manages to take his back. Smith working for a choke but Whun is defending well. Whun fending off the submission attempt from Smith.

Smith lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Whun.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Whun looking to sit in guard and control but Smith gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Whun working for a triangle but Smith defends it easily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Smith lands a couple of digs. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Standfill throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around James's waist but James gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Standfill off to one side. Standfill is looking to clinch but James is avoiding it.
Standfill closes the distance and clinches up with James, looking for a takedown. Standfill pushes James against the cage but James circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. James misses with a combination
and Standfill counters with a two punch combo. James rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Standfill moves out of range and avoids them all easily. James looks to land a combination but Standfill avoids it well. Standfill shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and James counters with a shoot takedown. Standfill fights it but they end up in guard. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matthew Standfill. That's going to take a lot out of him. James misses with an uppercut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Standfill shoots in looking for a takedown but James manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Standfill's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Standfill moves out of range of the body kick from James.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wisock lands with a cross. Wisock stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wisock wants it to stay on the feet. Wisock connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Matador's hands. Wisock scores with a crisp jab that stopped Matador in his tracks. Wisock tries a head kick but it misses.
Wisock bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Matador's head. Wisock fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Wisock ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Matador drives through with a takedown into guard. Wisock is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wisock can do anything to dispel that myth. Matador wants to control from the top but Wisock keeps moving. Wisock is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Matador is controlling him. Matador throwing strikes but missing.

Wisock wants to get back to his feet but Matador is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Matador throwing strikes from guard but Wisock blocks nicely. Wisock looking for a sweep. Matador had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Matador tries for a takedown but Wisock sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Matador stuffs the takedown attempt from Wisock. Wisock gets slowly back to his feet. Matador manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Wisock on his heels. He'll look to pass Wisock's guard now, I'm sure. Matador wants to stand but Wisock has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Matador missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Matador drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Matador as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Wisock screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Matador! Nice submission victory there!

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Earl Morris! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morris is looking to clinch but Lucas is avoiding it.
Lucas walks into a jab. Morris closes the distance and clinches. Lucas jumps guard but Morris turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Lucas is looking to control Morris's arms but Morris gets an underhook and turns him. Now Lucas has his back to the cage. Lucas tries to pull guard but Morris holds him up against the cage and eventually Lucas drops back down to his feet.

Lucas is trying to drag Morris to the mat but Morris just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Lucas tries to pull guard but Morris won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lucas tries to break the clinch but Morris is controlling the position. Lucas tries to pull guard but Morris holds him up against the cage and eventually Lucas drops back down to his feet.
Lucas looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. A short right hand to the side of the head by Morris. Morris is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Lucas tries to pull guard but Morris forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Lucas misses with a punch on the inside.
Lucas wants to break the clinch but can't.
Lucas is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Lucas's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Lucas is trying to drag Morris to the mat but Morris just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Morris is trying to push Lucas away but Lucas has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Lucas drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Morris gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Lucas tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Lucas is breathing heavily. Morris keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Lucas's efforts to push away. Morris stops a takedown attempt from Lucas.
Morris lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lucas fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Lucas wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Morris has him pressed against the cage. Morris with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Morris has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Morris is trying to force a seperation but Lucas has the dominant position. Morris misses with a knee strike.
Morris scores with a shot to the side of Lucas's head. Lucas has Morris pressed against the cage, preventing Morris from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Morris scores with a nice hook to the head. Lucas fails to pull guard.
Morris lands on the inside with an uppercut. Morris lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Lucas backwards.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Morris is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Lucas is defending well for now. Morris throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Lucass head. Morris is working Lucas over against the cage. Morris makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Morris breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Morris throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lucas. Morris has Lucas up against the cage in a clinch.
Morris can't break the clinch.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Morris creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Morris manages to break the clinch.
Lucas shoots and misses and Morris counters with a crisp right hand that drops Lucas! Morris lets Lucas back up to his feet, looking for a finish! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Earl Morris dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Morris plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Lucas swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Lucas face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva throws a head kick but Meyers moves out of range.
Meyers is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Horrible takedown by Silva or perhaps it was just good defense by Meyers which made him look bad. Meyers closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Silva 's guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Silva has his feet on Meyers's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Meyers clinches with his opponent.
Silva tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Meyers just stands there and leans against the cage. Meyers letting Silva take a breather here. Silva has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Meyers avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anderson Silva . That's going to take a lot out of him. Meyers is trying to pull guard but Silva turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Silva really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Meyers pulls Silva into guard.
Silva controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Meyers is adopting a defensive guard. Silva in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Silva has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Meyers is proving hard to escape from. Meyers is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Meyers has control of Silva 's left arm, preventing Silva from doing any damage. Silva will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Grady Meyers wasn't active enough on the ground. No luck with that takedown attempt from Meyers. Silva shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Meyers manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Silva wants to control from the top but Meyers keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Meyers is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Silva has his hands clasped together but Meyers extends an breaks Silva 's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Meyers.
