Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danielson takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Danielson throws a hook to the side of Chobot's head but Chobot sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Chobot lands a nice looking body kick.
Chobot throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Danielson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Chobot lands with a cross.
A good leg kick by Chobot.
Chobot lands a front kick.
Nice takedown defense from Chobot. No joy for Danielson on that attempt.

Danielson drives through and clinches with Chobot against the cage.
Chobot is trying to break free.
Danielson swings wildly with an uppercut but Chobot uses good head movement to avoid it.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Chobot.
Chobot throws a head punch that misses.

Danielson turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Danielson manages to end up in side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Chobot's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Chobot avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Danielson fails with an attempt to clinch.

The referee is keeping an eye on Danielson - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Danielson has his foot on Chobot's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Chobot works his way back into a safe position though.

Skinner Danielson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Pollemallu has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
