Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Compton fails with the takedown
and Rude counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Rude.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Rude trying to control the position from guard on top but Compton is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Compton looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rude stays in close to Compton's body and controls the position.
Rude drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Compton manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Rude has Compton in his guard.
Rude has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Compton should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Rude has tightened it up now! Compton should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
