6 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Heath Ledger! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Damien Edna and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ramos tries to clinch but Ledger moves out of range. Ledger decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Ledger controlling the pace. Ledger is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Ledger trying to mount his opponent but Ramos defends it. Ramos regains full guard. Nicely done. Ledger trying to control but Ramos is working from the bottom. Ledger decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Ramos throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ledger's waist but Ledger gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ramos off to one side. Ramos scores a takedown into full mount! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Ledger is wriggling around trying to escape.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ledger tries to free his leg and advance position but Ramos is retaining full guard. Ledger wants to get up but he can't break Ramos's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Ledger stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ramos swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ledger gets to his feet - Ramos follows without any prompting. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Ledger swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ramos tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ledger manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Ledger stuffs the takedown. Ramos will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Trovador Ramos. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ramos shoots in and gets a takedown into Ledger's guard. Ramos is looking to work some ground and pound but Ledger has wrist control. Ramos won't allow Ledger to sweep him here. Ramos tries to hold on but Ledger pushes him away. Ledger get's back to his feet. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ledger. Ledger shoots in and gets a takedown into Ramos's guard. Ledger is breathing heavily.

Ledger prevents Ramos from getting back to his feet. Ramos looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Ledger would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Ramos might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Ledger wants to control from the top but Ramos keeps moving. Ledger not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Ramos trying to hold on to Ledger's head to control him but Ledger postures up.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Ramos changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ledger tries to avoid it but Ramos manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ledger to the ground. Ledger escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Heath Ledger showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Ramos's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Ledger throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Heath Ledger is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Ramos throwing strikes from guard but Ledger blocks nicely.
And that's the end of the fight! Heath Ledger comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Ledger has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Drunk moves in looking to clinch but Fire pushes him off. Fire rushes Drunk and presses him up against the cage. Drunk tries to score a body lock takedown but Fire shows good agility there to stay on his feet. A short right from Fire. Drunk wants to take the fight to the mat but Fire manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Drunk goes for a takedown attempt but Fire pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Frankie Fire has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Punch Drunk. Drunk doesn't manage to clinch there - Fire circles away.

Drunk drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Fire bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Drunk's head. Fire decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Still in half guard, Fire seems content to control. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Fire is looking to advance position but Drunk won't allow it.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Frankie Fire just wasn't active enough. Fire keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Drunk shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fire pinned against the cage. Fire gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Drunk moves in looking to clinch but Fire pushes him off. Drunk tries to keep at a distance but Fire has taken the fight into the clinch. Drunk gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Fire is trying to maintain the position but Drunk is very close to passing his half guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Drunk is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Bear has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bear postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Bear makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Bear landing some decent shots from guard. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bear works his way back into a safe position though. Smith wants to sweep here but Bear controlling him for the moment. Bear cracks Smith with a solid left hand. Smith trying to control the position.
Bear throwing strikes but missing. Bear missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Bear content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Bear's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Bear stands up over Smith, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Bear working some strikes from top position. Smith will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Bear will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bear chips away with some ground and pound. Bear is working Smith over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Bear working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Smith's head.

Smith is rocked! Bear with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Smith is still in real trouble! Can Bear finish him? Bear with a nice head shot there. Bear gets to his feet and stands over Smith, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Smith felt that one! Bear unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Smith from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pedo Bear! A very excited looking Pedo Bear made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

Woo cracks Rainbow with a big right hand but Rainbow just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Woo in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Rainbow is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Woo has just dragged him back down to the mat. Woo is working to tighten is grip on Rainbow's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Rainbow has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Woo is really squeezing tight and eventually Rainbow passes out! Woo breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Shields throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cherry's waist but Cherry gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Shields off to one side. The fight stays on the outside here - Cherry looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
