0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Forrewt Griffin! The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Illya Tyunina and Valeri Chadov.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Griffin shoots for a double leg takedown but Wlison sprawls well. He's pushed Griffin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Wlison shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Griffin sprawls well. Griffin wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wlison gets slowly back to his feet. Griffin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Griffin fails with the takedown. Mick Wlison has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Forrewt Griffin. Wlison closes the distance and clinches up with Griffin, looking for a takedown. Wlison pushes Griffin against the cage but Griffin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. No luck with that takedown attempt from Griffin. and Wlison counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Griffin looks gassed! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Griffin can't keep his opponent in guard - Wlison advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Wlison seems to be working for a kimura but Griffin defends the submission attempt. Griffin tries to kick Wlison off but Wlison keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Wlison frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Wlison trying to control but he's not successful this time. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Griffin is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Wlison has taken his back.
Wlison is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Griffin has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Wlison has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Griffin taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Wlison doesn't care though - he's delighted!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hurt uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Frey has time to react. Frey fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hurt avoids it really well and circles away. Hurt connects with a body shot that sends Frey's belly button to the back. Frey shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hurt as he jumps to the side. Hurt throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hurt thows a body kick. Frey tries to catch it but that hurt him. A left lands for Hurt. Hurt scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Frey shoots in for a takedown but Hurt shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Henry Frey. That's going to take a lot out of him. Frey tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hurt swivels and escapes. Hurt scores with a body shot.

Frey is breathing heavily.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Hurt lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hurt feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Frey crashing to the mat! This one is all over!

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bacca looks to land a combination but Uranium avoids it well. Uranium fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bacca manages to avoid it. Bacca scores with a one two! Uranium had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
 It looks like Lawrence Uranium has been cut. Uranium swings widly with a right hand
and Bacca counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Uranium! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Bacca!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chew Bacca! In his post fight interview, Chew Bacca started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blood slips a jab from Mccarry. Mccarry checks a leg kick. Blood misses with a body shot.
Blood shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Blood throws a shot from downtown. Mccarry moves away and avoids it. Blood throws a nice outside leg kick. Blood throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mccarry. Blood misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Blood swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A punch combination from Blood misses. Blood swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Blood jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Demon Blood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mccarry moves out of range of the strikes. Mccarry takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Blood slips under a jab from Mccarry. Blood lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Blood is looking to slow Mccarry down with leg kicks.

Blood feints and as Mccarry raises his hands in defense, Blood changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Mccarry pulls Blood in close to prevent any damage. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mccarry bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Blood's guard. Blood might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Blood trying to keep a closed guard but Mccarry is proving a slippery customer.

Blood has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Mccarry is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Blood.

Blood tries to control the position but he's not in luck - Mccarry easily slips into full mount! Mccarry content just to control the position here. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

Li darts in and clinches Rich up against the cage. Li throws an elbow but it misses.

Petrov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Aurelius manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Aurelius motions for Petrov to come forward. Aurelius throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Petrov fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tappura throws a quick inside leg kick. Smokeleaf moves out of range of the body kick from Tappura.

Tappura misses with a body kick. A decent looking cross lands there for Tappura. Tappura takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Smokeleaf pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Tappura misses with a low kick as Smokeleaf jumps back. Tappura stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Smokeleaf fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tappura manages to avoid it. Smokeleaf looks to score with a jab to the body but Tappura is just out of range. Tappura on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Smokeleaf dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Tappura looks gassed! Tappura is trying to maintain a safe position but Smokeleaf gets an underhook and turns Tappura into the cage. Tappura stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Tappura crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Smokeleaf - the referee stops the clock and Tappura gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Smokeleaf. Tappura manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Smokeleaf cracks a nice hook into Tappura's ribs. Smokeleaf scoring well with a low kick there.

Smokeleaf does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Tappura is defending well for now. Smokeleaf lands a damaging elbow. Smokeleaf lands a nice elbow from the clinch. Tappura is breathing heavily. Tappura takes an elbow to the forehead.

Smokeleaf throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. This has been an exciting period of action! Smokeleaf lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Tappura falls backwards - clearly groggy! Smokeleaf dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
