The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stack is stalling here. Maluco is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Stack seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Maluco has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Stack drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Maluco manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Stack has Maluco in his guard.

and Stack counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Maluco wants to get back to his feet.
Stack frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The referee warns Maluco that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Stack is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Maluco goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Stack!
