Oh but Fighter is tightening it up a little... Stokeworth has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Stokeworth reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Stokeworth taps out! Nice BJJ there by Fighter!

Ultimate Fighter spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

Skjeggestad changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Adib looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Skjeggestad thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
You can see the frustration on Adib's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Skjeggestad is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Adib looks calm but he's in trouble here. Skjeggestad gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Adib is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Skjeggestad lets go of the hold and Adib can pop his arm back in it's socket.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Lanastar has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Lanastar and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
