The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcdonald throws a head kick but Remme moves out of range.
Remme shoots in for a double leg but Mcdonald sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Remme fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mcdonald avoids it really well and circles away.
Remme takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Remme misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Garrett Remme. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mcdonald lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Mcdonald cracks a nice hook into Remme's ribs.
Remme shoots in for a takedown but Mcdonald shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

A telegraphed right hand from Mcdonald misses the target.
A slapping leg kick lands for Mcdonald.

Mcdonald lands a left and a right that send Remme crashing to the mat, dazed. Mcdonald thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

This has been an exciting period of action!
Mcdonald throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Remme stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Oh Remme is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mcdonald should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Remme is breathing heavily.
Mcdonald seems to be stalking Remme here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Remme drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!

Carnitine closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Baijo is trying to maintain a safe position but Carnitine gets an underhook and turns Baijo into the cage.

Carnitine has hold of one of Baijo's legs. Baijo is fighting the takedown attempt but Carnitine gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Carnitine controlling from the top position.
Carnitine advances to half guard.
Baijo tries to get to full guard but Carnitine has control of the leg.

Carnitine has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Baijo defend it? Carnitine steps over the head and cranks it - Baijo is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Carnitine!
