Corleone comes into the arena with The Godfather Waltz blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soze lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Corleone circles away quickly and effectively.
Corleone avoids the body shot from Soze.
Soze misses with a straight left.
Soze cracks Corleone with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Soze changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Corleone looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Corleone tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Soze wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
