Kamakazi comes into the arena with Cooking by the book blaring out of the sound system. Nelson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. One kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Shields cracks Palavra with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Palavra tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Shields pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Palavra is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Zed thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Black if he has to take too many more of those.
The fighters circle momentarily. Zed darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Zed lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Black tries to clinch there but Zed circles away.
Black shoots in and drives through. Zed sprawls well.
Zed throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Black stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
