16 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ryan Jacobs! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Castile misses with a low kick. Jacobs connects with a body shot that sends Castile's belly button to the back. Castile goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Castile moves into the clinch. Jacobs drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Castile lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jacobs has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jacobs and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Jacobs fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Good leg kick by Castile there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Castile enables Jacobs to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Castile manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Castile utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Castile tries to get out of the position. Castile has a closed guard, preventing Jacobs from standing up. Jacobs trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Jacobs thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jacobs drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jacobs jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Castile working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Jacobs. Jacobs tries to free his leg and advance position but Castile is retaining full guard. Jacobs trying to stand up but can't free himself from Castile's guard. Jacobs throws a big elbow that misses. Jacobs throws a strike but Castile rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Jacobs is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Castile has his hands clasped together but Jacobs extends an breaks Castile's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Jacobs.

Bot is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Bot loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Bot throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

McCracken lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bot circles away quickly and effectively. McCracken throws out a powerful jab. McCracken has escaped and now he's on top! Bot tries to land a sweep but no joy. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Bot has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. McCracken is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Bot. Bot manages to get back to half guard. McCracken wants to control but Bot is keeping him busy. Bot is trying to get back to full guard. Bot has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Donk. Gites catches Douche right on the button with a cross. Gites throws a nice looking combination but Douche bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. John Gites seems to be getting the better of the standup. Douche throws a body punch but Gites moves out of range. Douche scores with a hook to the body. Gites takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Gites misses with a wild body shot. A low kick from Douche misses and Gites counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gites shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Gites is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Douche has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Douche! Gites not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morrison uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Grayson. Grayson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. A jab from Morrison misses. Morrison on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Morrison moves out of range as Grayson strikes. Nice shot by Grayson. Morrison moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Marcus Grayson has been cut. Morrison tries a low kick but Grayson avoids it. Grayson misses with the body kick and Morrison counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Grayson is lucky that one didn't land flush. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Grayson lands a nice looking body shot.

Not much technique there but it did the business. Morrison throws a lazy head kick and Grayson counters with a left to the body. Grayson misses with a wild body shot. Morrison tries to clinch there but Grayson circles away.

Marcus Grayson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Morrison throws a head kick that misses and Grayson counters with a stiff right hand.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Grayson dips to his left and cracks Morrison with an uppercut! Grayson misses the jab. Grayson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Grayson throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Morrison walks into a straight right hand from Grayson. Morrison shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Morrison is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A low kick from Morrison is predictable there and Grayson counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kalainawai digs a good body shot into Vronsky's ribs. Kalainawai swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Vronsky moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. The fighters circle momentarily. Vronsky darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Kaimana Kalainawai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kalainawai lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Nice jab there from Kalainawai. Vronsky uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kalainawai.
Vronsky decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Vronsky is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Kalainawai is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Vronsky wants to control the pace but Kalainawai is squirming around nicely. Kalainawai wants to hold on but Vronsky pushes him away. Kalainawai is looking to get to half guard. Kalainawai tries to hold on but Vronsky postures up.

Vronsky advances nicely into full mount. Vronsky punishing his opponent with strikes. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Vronsky with good strikes from the mount here! Vronsky connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
