7 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gordon Freeman! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Wesley Smith and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab from Freeman. Freeman closes the distance and lands a one-two. Kevin Rogers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rogers shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Freeman as he jumps to the side. The fight stays on the outside here - Rogers looks like he's thinking about clinching though. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Rogers. Freeman digs a good hook to Rogers's body.
Rogers takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Horrible takedown by Rogers or perhaps it was just good defense by Freeman which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kevin Rogers. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rogers fails with a takedown attempt. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Rogers. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Rogers is breathing heavily. Nice straight punches there by Freeman. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Freeman.
It looks like Kevin Rogers has been cut. Freeman dips to his left and cracks Rogers with an uppercut! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rogers is trying hard to land a takedown here. Freeman sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Freeman circles away from the clinch attempt.
Freeman misses with a series of wild punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Freeman leaves Rogers with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Freeman catches Rogers napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Rogers to the canvas!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Rogers looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Rogers kicks Freeman off and gets to his feet. Horrible takedown by Rogers or perhaps it was just good defense by Freeman which made him look bad.

This has been an exciting period of action! Freeman throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rogers works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Rogers pushes Freeman off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Freeman stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Freeman wants it to stay on the feet. Freeman drops Rogers with a nice combination! Freeman dives into Rogers's guard, looking to finish!
Rogers manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Freeman manages to get himself to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rogers looking to pass the guard. Rogers throwing strikes from guard but Freeman blocks nicely. Rogers stops Freeman from standing up. Rogers trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Rogers throwing strikes but missing. Rogers throws a strike but Freeman rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Gordon Freeman dominated that round. The cut man is working on Kevin Rogers's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

The fight stays on the outside here - Rogers looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Rogers fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Nice cross by Freeman. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rogers blocks the body kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Freeman scores with a jab to the body. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Rogers looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Freeman is fending him off so far but Rogers persists. Nope, Freeman circles away and we're back to standing. Gordon Freeman seems to be getting the better of the standup. Freeman connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Rogers's hands. Freeman lands with a hook. Rogers tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Freeman moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Rogers goes down! Can Freeman finish him!?
Rogers is rocked! Rogers wants to stand but Freeman is controlling the position. Freeman wants to stand but Rogers is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Freeman in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Rogers dives in and grabs Freeman's left leg, looking for a takedown. Freeman pushes down on Rogers's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kevin Rogers. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rogers changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Freeman tries to avoid it but Rogers manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Freeman to the ground. Freeman escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Rogers loses concentration momentarily and Freeman pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Rogers crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Freeman finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.

Hussein tries to clinch but Collins is having none of it. Hussein doesn't succeed with the takedown and Collins counters with a deadly accurate combination that rocks Hussein badly! He tries to strike back but Collins puts an end to that with another precision combo that knocks Hussein out cold! Oh man, Hussein will never hear the end of this one!

It looks like Cabbage Face has been cut. Face throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Irene. Irene fails in his attempt to clinch. Face tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Irene swivels and escapes. Irene defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Face. A telegraphed right hand from Face misses the target. Irene rushes Face and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. A nice glancing elbow lands by Irene. Irene is defending well against a takedown attempt. Kiger misses with a shot to the body and F moves into the clinch. F prevents Kiger from breaking the clinch. Kiger decides to pull guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. F sitting in guard here, content to control. Let's hope that F has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Kiger has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but F can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. F controlling from the top position.
Professor F has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. F ducks under a wild hook from Kiger.

F decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Kiger, up you get! Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Kiger throws out a loose jab but F uses good head movement to avoid it. Kiger misses with a lunging right hand
and F counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Kiger to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by F!

Kush keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kush misses with an uppercut. Kush throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Kush looks to land a left hand but Cong moved out of range nicely. Cong shoots in and drives through. Kush sprawls well. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cong ducks under a wild hook from Kush. Cong closes the distance and clinches up with Kush, looking for a takedown. Cong pushes Kush against the cage but Kush circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Christian Cong. That's going to take a lot out of him. A shot to the body from Cong misses and Kush counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Christian Cong has been cut. Kush cracks Cong with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Cong looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Kush finish him?

It looks like Solomon Ares has been cut. Swan misses with a straight right. Swan lands a big head kick that sends Ares tumbling to the mat! Swan takes a step backwards and waves Ares back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Ares is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Swan throws a shot from downtown. Ares moves away and avoids it. Oh Ares is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Ares takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Ares is breathing heavily. A slow jab from Swan misses its intended target. Solomon Ares seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Swan throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ares sees it coming and avoids it easily. Ares displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Swan throws out the jab. Swan moves into the clinch successfully.
Still in the clinch, Swan scores with a nice short uppercut. Swan swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Swan jerks Ares to the side and lands a massive knee to the head that knocks him out cold! Ares's lifeless body is proped up only by the cage. Swan steps back, hand raised, as the crowd goes wild!

He'll be looking to tighten that up but Quik can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Orrobpeople has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Quik doesn't defend quickly enough and Orrobpeople has managed to lock this one up! Can Quik escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Orrobpeople on a fantastic submission victory.

Legend was covering up waiting for the punch and Kappa finishes the takedown easily into guard. Legend is pulling down on Kappa's head to control his posture. Legend wants to stand up but Kappa is controlling him. Kappa passes into half guard. Kappa is just content to waste time from the top position. Legend takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Kappa trying to control but Legend is working from the bottom. Legend looking to control.
