 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones stalks Lindell and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Lindell's face. Lindell staggers backwards, shaken. Jones lands a jab to Lindell's midsection. Jones scores with a jab to the head.
Jones lands a jab-cross combination. Lindell shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jones pinned against the cage. Jones gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Jones lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Lindell is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Jones avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Jones swivels though and keeps the full guard. Lindell is in close to Jones's body, working some short punches and elbows. Jones will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Lindell won't allow Jones to get back to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lindell wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving.  The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bracha moves in looking to clinch but Boyle pushes him off. Boyle fails with the takedown and Bracha counters with a solid body kick. Boyle's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bracha connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Boyle scrambles back to his feet. Boyle throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

That's going to take a lot out of Fred Boyle. Bracha misses with a looping right. Bracha connects with a nice looking jab.
A punch lands to the side of Boyle 's head but he takes it in his stride. Bracha lands with a kick to the temple. Boyle shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Bracha lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Boyle has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Boyle and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Bracha throws a right and a left that both miss. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Bracha!

Zilla gets caught napping as Liege dives in and scores a takedown. Zilla manages to retain guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Liege chips away with some ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Liege working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Zilla is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Zilla wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Zilla is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Liege chips away with some ground and pound. Liege takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Liege looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Zilla with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
