Young misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Young tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Young pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Savage swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Young slips a straight right by Savage.
Young fails in his attempt to clinch.
Savage swinging wildly here.
Savage throws a right hand that Young ducks under and follows up with a left that Young also avoids with ease.

Savage throws the left hand but Young avoids the punch easily.
Young throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Sid Savage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Young buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Young, as that shot connected.
Savage throws a series of punches but Young avoids them all with ease.
Savage drops his hands momentarily and Young takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Savage will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Young tries to close the distance and clinch up but Savage swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Young's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Savage connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Young scrambles back to his feet.

Savage is trying to break the clinch but Young has him pressed against the cage.
Young lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Young breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Savage is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Young.
Nice uppercut lands for Savage. That snapped Young's head back.
Young throws a nice looking combination but Savage bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Young throws a right and a left that both miss.
Savage throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Young.
Alan Young is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Young turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Savage swats away the attempt to clinch by Young.
Young lands a nice hook to Savage's body. Savage takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Young throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Savage colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Young as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Savage is left battered and dazed whilst Young and his camp cheer!
