Moratti comes to the ring accompanied by ganja cowboy. Tony Flash told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tony Flash! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moratti is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
It looks like Davide Moratti has been cut. Moratti fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Flash to the ground. Moratti is now in Flash's guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Moratti is looking to work some ground and pound but Flash has wrist control. Flash really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Moratti. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Flash tries to land a sweep but no joy. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Moratti accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Moratti chips away with some ground and pound. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Flash utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Moratti with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Moratti pushes down on Flash's leg and manages to get into half guard. Flash blocking the ground and pound attempt from Moratti. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Moratti working the head and body with strikes. Moratti missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Flash landing small, sideways elbows. Flash is looking to improve his position.

That's one minute gone in the round. Moratti lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Moratti working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Moratti seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Flash does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Moratti connects with a nice short shot to Flash's temple. Moratti sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Flash defending well though. Moratti working the head and body with strikes. Moratti winds up and cracks Flash with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Moratti landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Flash desperately trying to maintain half guard. Flash wants to improve his position but Moratti is controlling well.
Moratti seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Moratti takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Flash is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Moratti scores with a couple of nice shots. Moratti has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Flash taking some punishment here, with Moratti in his half guard. Moratti is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Flash is just riding it out for now. Moratti eventually gives up the hold. Moratti controlling the pace. Moratti working Flash over with strikes. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Moratti connects with a nice short shot to Flash's temple. Moratti seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Moratti is thwarting Flash's attempts to control the position. Flash looks gassed! Moratti looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Flash with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Moratti frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moratti cracks Flash with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
BOOM! Moratti connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Moratti cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Moratti is landing with some decent strikes but Flash is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
It looks like Tony Flash has been cut. Flash defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Moratti. Moratti lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lesnar takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Lesnar looks gassed! Lesnar doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Romanov lands a right hook to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Romanov lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Rocked Lesnar has been cut. Romanov ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Romanov cracks Lesnar with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Romanov has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Lesnar to stand back up!
Lesnar is rocked! Romanov punishes Lesnar's body with a nice straight punch. Lesnar is still on wobbly legs! Can Romanov finish him? Romanov shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Lesnar takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Romanov sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Lesnar bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hua tries to clinch but Tankard moves away and Tankard counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hua's guard now. Hua working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Tankard. Hua working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Tankard. Tankard wants to control from the top but Hua keeps moving. Tankard looking to pass the guard. Tankard prevents Hua from getting back to his feet. Tankard slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Hua really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tankard throws an elbow but Hua slips to the side and avoids it well. Hua is letting Tankard control him for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hua is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Hua regains half guard, as Tankard was trying to land strikes. Hua knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tankard on the ground. Tankard looks to land a strike but Hua avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tankard is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Tankard pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Hua is keeping the position for now. Tankard not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Tankard works a leg free and moves into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tankard missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Tankard has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Tankard looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Tankard seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hua does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Adam Tankard has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Hua tries to clinch up and Tankard counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

That's five minutes gone in the round. Tankard seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Hua is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kuristaja tries to bum rush Portier with a series of wild strikes but Portier uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Kuristaja on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Portier. Portier obviously looking to wear him down.
Kuristaja blocks a low kick nicely. A big left from Kuristaja misses. Kuristaja misses the shot to the body. Portier lands a glancing blow to the side of Kuristaja's head. Portier fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kuristaja. Portier throws a leg kick but Kuristaja sees it coming and checks it nicely. The fighters circling - Kuristaja throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Portier takes a head kick and keeps coming.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kuristaja looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Portier lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Kuristaja ducks right into an uppercut from Portier. Portier throws a nice outside leg kick. Kuristaja looks to land a left hand but Portier moved out of range nicely. Kuristaja misses with a hook
and Portier counters with a stiff right hand. Portier cracks Kuristaja with an open hand slap. Kuristaja on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Portier thuds his shin into the meat of Kuristaja's side. Kuristaja connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Portier throws a quick inside leg kick. Portier feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Kuristaja's calf. Sami Kuristaja seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Portier throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Kuristaja is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kuristaja steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Portier. That one must have hurt. Kuristaja takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dude lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Keith circles away quickly and effectively. Keith closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dude circles away. Dude lands a jab to Keith's midsection. Dude misses the shot to the body. Dude lands a jab to Keith's midsection. Keith tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Dude manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Some bone on bone action there as Keith checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Dude moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. One Dude seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dude tried to score with a low kick but Keith checks it. Dude misses with a double jab

We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Keith lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Sloppy strikes there by Keith. Keith throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Keith tries to move to mount but Dude blocks the move with his legs. Keith sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Dude is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dude tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Keith wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Sloppy strikes there by Keith. Dude is trying to get back to his feet. Dude can't do much from the bottom here. Keith misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Dude is defending against the submission attempts here by Keith.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Dude is trying to stand up here but Keith is controlling him well. Keith tries to pass the half guard into mount. Dude knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

A slow jab from Dude misses its intended target. Dude tries to score with a low kick but Keith moves his leg out of the way. Keith shoots in but Dude avoids the takedown attempt easily. Nice takedown defense from Dude. No joy for Keith on that attempt. Keith closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Dude tries to get to full guard but Keith has control of the leg. Keith looks to land a strike but Dude avoids it nicely and regains full guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Keith accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Keith wants to pass the guard but Dude is keeping the position. Dude wants to stand but Keith is controlling the position. Dude pushes Keith off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Dude swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Keith counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Keith. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
That's one minute gone in the round. Keith looking to pass the guard. Dude pulls Keith in close to prevent any damage. Dude is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Keith advances to half guard. Keith is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dude defends it well. Dude has one foot on Keith's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Dude throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Dude leaves Keith with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Fucke Keith. That's going to take a lot out of him. Keith fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Keith moves nicely into side control. Keith is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Dude knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Keith scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Dude to see if he's OK. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Keith in the domination position with Dude hanging on.

That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
