The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brawl pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Carose throws a sloppy head kick and Brawl moves out of range easily. Brawl tries to sprawl but Carose drives through with a takedown into half guard. Brawl tries to kick Carose off in order to stand up. Carose Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Brawl is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Carose is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Carose controlling the pace for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Carose scores with a couple of good head shots there.
It looks like Stu Brawl has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Carose cracks Brawl with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Stu Brawl's cut is getting worse. Carose mounts Brawl! Really nice guard pass there! Carose fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bourne circles away from the clinch attempt and Bourne counters with a shoot takedown. Gustafsson fights it but they end up in guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Bourne stops Gustafsson from standing up. Gustafsson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bourne. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bourne stands up from Gustafsson's guard - Bourne perhaps looking for a knockout. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Gustafsson!
A head kick misses from Gustafsson. Gustafsson cracks Bourne with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Gustafsson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bourne gets the takedown into side control. Bourne throws a strike aimed at the side of Gustafsson's head but Gustafsson avoids it well. Bourne tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Bourne wants to control but Gustafsson is keeping him busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bourne landing strikes. Gustafsson wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Bourne has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Gustafsson's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Gustafsson is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Bourne!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Krovitzky tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Van Maul paws at him with a jab and circles away. No luck with that takedown attempt from Van Maul. Decent striking displayed by Krovitzky there. Van Maul scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Krovitzky bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Van Maul takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Van Maul circles away from the clinch attempt.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sharwin shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Sharwin was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Junior looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Sharwin lands with some strikes. Sharwin pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sharwin lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Junior is rocked! Sharwin loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Junior scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Sharwin land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Sharwin stands and salutes the crowd.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Tyson. Johnson shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Johnson with the ground and pound but Tyson uses the opportunity to regain guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tyson can do anything to dispel that myth. Johnson throwing strikes but missing. Tyson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Johnson! Johnson takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Tyson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Tyson throws some wild stikes that Johnson manages to avoid easily.
Johnson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tyson on the ground. Tyson with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Johnson is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Bennett pushes off an throws an elbow but Belle leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Taylor tries to close the distance and clinch but Falaris swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Taylor looks to land a combination but Falaris avoids it well. Taylor moves into the clinch successfully.
Falaris wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Taylor has him pressed against the cage. Taylor is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Falaris is defending well for now. Taylor throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Falaris blocks it with crossed arms. Taylor shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Falaris sprawls well. Falaris wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Taylor gets slowly back to his feet. Falaris misses with a kick to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sid Taylor. Well Taylor has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... De Wilde gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. De Wilde lands a couple of elbows.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Olufunmilola avoids the body shot from Lopez.

and Olufunmilola counters with a nice low kick that buckles Lopez's knee momentarily. Lopez waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Olufunmilola. Olufunmilola looks to land a right hand but Lopez moved out of range. Olufunmilola gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Lopez pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Lopez throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Olufunmilola walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Lopez checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Lopez dips to his left and cracks Olufunmilola with an uppercut! Olufunmilola ducks right into an uppercut from Lopez. Lopez swings for the body but Olufunmilola moves out of range.
