0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mark Borocop! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kenkashi Mazuke! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mazuke closes this distance looking for a takedown but Borocop circles away. Mazuke misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Mazuke fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Borocop avoids it really well and circles away. Mark Borocop has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kenkashi Mazuke. Mazuke ducks right into an uppercut from Borocop. Mazuke fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Mazuke fails to land the takedown. Mazuke looks gassed! Mazuke shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Borocop counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Kenkashi Mazuke has been cut. Mazuke takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Mazuke shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Borocop as he jumps to the side. Borocop ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Borocop clobbers Mazuke with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
That's one minute gone in the round. Borocop drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Mazuke right on the button. Mazuke goes down! Borocop follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Borocop gets the win via TKO!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Plowed changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dean tries to avoid it but Plowed manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dean to the ground. Dean escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Nice sprawl there from Dean as Plowed shoots in. Plowed shoots in for a takedown but Dean shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Jimmy Dean has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nic Plowed. Plowed shoots in for a takedown but Dean shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Plowed with a lazy takedown attempt and Dean makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Plowed really felt that one! Plowed shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Dean counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Dean with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Dean controlling the action here for a moment.

Plowed looks gassed! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Dean lands a nice knee to the body. Dean gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Dean scores with a knee to the head.
Dean with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Dean displaying some good clinch control by pressing Plowed up against the cage. Plowed takes a knee right on the jaw!
A nice glancing elbow lands by Dean.

Dean comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Dean lands a knee to the head.
Dean jerks Plowed's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Plowed drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Dean goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Dean because Plowed was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Jimmy Dean! Jimmy Dean really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Crippler's Corner logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cross fails with a takedown attempt. Gerke shoots in for a takedown but Cross shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Nice sprawl there from Gerke as Cross shoots in. Cross tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gerke paws at him with a jab and circles away. Gerke tries to close the distance and clinch but Cross swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Gerke tries to clinch up. Cross shoots for a double leg takedown but Gerke sprawls well. He's pushed Cross's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jason Cross. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gerke tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Cross looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Cross fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Cross clinches up against the cage. Cross could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Cross is defending well against a takedown attempt. Gerke ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Gerke no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Gerke is working an open guard so Cross takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Gerke avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Gerke has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Cross down to the mat. Cross avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Cross is trying hard to land a takedown here. Gerke sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Cross tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Gerke swivels and escapes. Cross keeps the fight on the outside. Cross swats away the attempt to clinch by Gerke. Cross gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Gerke to score an easy takedown into full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gerke wants to control from the top but Cross keeps moving. Gerke stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cross swivels though and keeps the full guard. Cross looking to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gerke throws a big right hand that misses. Gerke gets to his feet. Cross looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Gerke darts in and clinches Cross up against the cage. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Gerke is pressed up against the cage. Cross has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Gerke down to the mat. Gerke avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Cross blocks a head kick by Gerke.
Cross swats away the attempt to clinch by Gerke. Gerke tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Cross fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Cross is breathing heavily. Gerke is looking to clinch. Cross fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Cross stuffs the takedown attempt from Gerke. Gerke gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cross shoots in and drives through. Gerke sprawls well. Gerke doesn't manage to clinch there - Cross circles away.
Gerke wants to clinch. No luck with that takedown attempt from Cross. Cross gets tackled into the cage by Gerke. Gerke maintains the clinch. Cross successfully pulls guard.
Gerke pushes down on Cross's leg and manages to get into half guard. Cross wants to control but Gerke is keeping busy.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Gerke is looking for a kimura but Cross is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Gerke to get the leverage. Gerke wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cross keeps working. Gerke decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Cross tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gerke closes the distance but Cross moves to the side and Cross counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gerke wants to clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Clyde Gerke dominated that round. That's time! Cross's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Cross checks a leg kick nicely. Cross wants to clinch up but Gerke keeps it at a distance. Jason Cross seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cross tries to keep at a distance but Gerke has taken the fight into the clinch. Cross has Gerke pushed against the cage. Cross escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Gerke clinches up against the cage. Gerke fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Cross is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Cross throws an elbow that misses.
Gerke jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Cross walks away with a smile on his face. Gerke gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Gerke looks for a takedown but Cross sprawls well. Jason Cross has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clyde Gerke.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gerke is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Gerke wants to clinch and Cross counters by moving into the clinch. Gerke misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Cross wants the takedown. Gerke is fighting it off but Cross persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Gerke's guard against the cage. Gerke working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cross doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cross manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Gerke escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Cross gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Cross drops back looking for a leg! Gerke is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Gerke manages to kick Cross off! Cross jumps back into Gerke's guard. Cross postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gerke is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Cross is aware though and is defending well. Cross wants to control from the top but Gerke keeps moving. Gerke throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Cross escapes and throws Gerke's legs to the side, diving into side control! Cross swings around for an armbar but Gerke sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Cross's guard. Cross trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Gerke is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Cross managing to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cross is looking for a triangle but Gerke pushes his legs off easily.
Gerke must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Gerke trying to control the position from guard on top but Cross is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gerke tries to free his leg and advance position but Cross is retaining full guard. Cross thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Gerke would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Gerke is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cross escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gerke gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Gerke wants to control from the top but Cross keeps moving. Gerke pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cross is keeping the position for now. Gerke trying to stand up but can't free himself from Cross's guard. Cross pulls Gerke in close to prevent any damage. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. A close second round but Clyde Gerke will probably get the nod - 10:9. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Gerke lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Gerke misses with a takedown attempt - Cross sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Cross gets tackled into the cage by Gerke. Gerke maintains the clinch.

Gerke trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Gerke is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Gerke trying to control the position from guard on top but Cross is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gerke drops back looking for a leg! Cross is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Cross manages to kick Gerke off! Gerke jumps back into Cross's guard. No chance. Gerke stands up and waves to Cross to follow him. A slapping leg kick lands for Gerke.
Jason Cross has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Clyde Gerke is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fight moves into the clinch position. Gerke is trying to break free. Cross jumps guard but Gerke stands there with Cross around his waist. Cross gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Gerke is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Cross pulls him back up using the underhooks. Gerke ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Gerke no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Clyde Gerke has got the better of the ground game so far. Gerke looking to control.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Gerke has his foot on Cross's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Cross works his way back into a safe position though. Cross is working Gerke over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
And that's the end of the fight! Clyde Gerke comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Gerke has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Targaryen misses with a looping left. Targaryen avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Lescott fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Lescott decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Lescott not doing much here.
Lescott has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Targaryen is squirming around, avoiding Lescott's attempts to control the action. You get the feeling that Targaryen really doesn't like being in this position too much.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Targaryen is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Targaryen is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Lescott has taken his back.
Will Lescott go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?

Lescott is working the back position looking for the choke. Oh, he's slid into an armbar! Beautiful transition and Targaryen taps out! Fantastic Jiu Jitsu from Lescott.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duguay tries for a takedown but Turris circles away easily and Turris counters with a low kick, right behind Duguay 's knee. Duguay doesn't succeed with the takedown letting Turris counter with a right hand. Duguay tries for a takedown but Turris circles away easily and Turris counters with a stiff right hand. Kyle Turris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dustin Duguay. Duguay wants to clinch but Turris slips to the side and Turris counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Turris listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Duguay tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Decent striking displayed by Turris there.
Duguay is rocked! Duguay with a lazy takedown attempt and Turris counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Duguay out cold! What a finish! Turris is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Benoit will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A slow jab from Benoit misses its intended target. Benoit throws a right hand that misses
and Mcdonald counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. The fighters circling - Benoit throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Mcdonald swings away with a leg kick that misses. Mcdonald on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Benoit takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Mcdonald does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Benoit misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Benoit looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. A cross from Mcdonald lands. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mcdonald lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Benoit lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
It looks like Micheal Mcdonald has been cut. Benoit throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Mcdonald moves out of range of the strikes. Benoit throws a big shot that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Benoit drops Mcdonald with a huge uppercut! Mcdonald drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Benoit is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Puempel ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Shonuck moves away. Shonuck misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Puempel is trying hard to land a takedown here. Shonuck sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Shonuck ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Puempel fails with the takedown. Puempel feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Puempel missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Puempel makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Puempel throws an elbow that misses. Shonuck uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Puempel's guard. Nice move by Shonuck! Puempel keeping moving, preventing Shonuck from controlling successfully. That's one minute gone in the round. Shonuck slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Puempel is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Shonuck drops back looking for a leg! Puempel is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Puempel manages to kick Shonuck off! Shonuck jumps back into Puempel's guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Tristin Shonuck hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Puempel loads up on a big right hand but Shonuck slips the punch. Shonuck stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matt Puempel. That's going to take a lot out of him. Puempel misses with a takedown and Shonuck counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Puempel is breathing heavily. Shonuck fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Puempel has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Shonuck scores with a shot to the body.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Tristin Shonuck! Tristin Shonuck really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Crippler's Corner logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bridges looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Morgan is fending him off so far but Bridges persists. Nope, Morgan circles away and we're back to standing. Bridges shoots in looking for a takedown. Morgan tries to sprawl out of it but Bridges keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Morgan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Bridges closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. What's Morgan going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle. Bridges tries for a kimura but Morgan is defending well. Morgan can't do much from the bottom here. Morgan managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Bridges.

Slice ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. A looping hook to the body misses from Pigeon. Slice does a little dance to reset his feet. Pigeon lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Jimbo Slice is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Pigeon takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

And that's the end of the fight! Jimbo Slice showed his dominance in that final round. Well Pigeon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Folignus has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by McCormick. McCormick throws a leg kick which misses Folignus's front leg but catches the back leg as Folignus tries to avoid it. McCormick throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Folignus keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
McCormick misses with a body kick. McCormick connects with a leg kick. Folignus looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Decent striking displayed by McCormick there. McCormick lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
