The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bex has closed the distance and engaged Kol in a clinch.
Kol looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Bex lands an elbow just above Kol 's eye.

It looks like Klayd Kol has been cut.
Bex with a knee to the head.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Bex stalling against the ropes.
Bex lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Bex lands a vicious elbow to the side of Kol's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Bex tries to finish him with strikes but Kol still seems able to defend himself so Bex steps back and lets Kol get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.

Kol is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kol walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Bex! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!

Deck lands a nice shot to the body.

Tulfo throws a nice inside leg kick.
Tulfo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Tulfo has taken the fight to the clinch.

Tulfo gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Tulfo trying to pass the guard but Deck defending well.
Tulfo is looking to take a break and control but Deck is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Fossmo closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Zorrander ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Fossmo moves away.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Zorrander lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Fossmo has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Fossmo and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Fossmo shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Zorrander napping and manages to drive through into side control!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Fossmo is trying to get an arm triangle but Zorrander is defending well.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
You can see the frustration on Zorrander's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Fossmo looks up at the clock and then as Zorrander takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Fossmo smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Zorrander is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Zeddicus Zorrander's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Zeddicus Zorrander's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenny Horn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Fontaine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fontaine comes into a darkened arena with his song building. P.S. Phuk You Too kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Kenny Horn!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ricky Fontaine!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Ryoma Takatsuka and Chris Saunders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horn misses with a body kick.
Horn throws a half hearted mid kick.
Horn misses with a body kick.
Horn tries to clinch up.
Horn is looking to clinch but Fontaine is avoiding it.
Fontaine fails to land with a series of punches.
Fontaine closes this distance looking for a takedown but Horn circles away.
Horn connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Horn goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Horn tries to close the distance and clinch up but Fontaine swats him away and circles back towards the center.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Fontaine crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Horn - the referee stops the clock and Fontaine gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Horn. Fontaine manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Horn bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

Horn moves into range and clinches up with Fontaine.
Horn lands a damaging elbow.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fontaine goes for a takedown in the clinch but Horn prevents it.

It looks like Ricky Fontaine has been cut.

Fontaine is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fontaine wants to take the fight to the mat but Horn manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Fontaine is still on wobbly legs! Can Horn finish him?
Kenny Horn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ricky Fontaine.
Horn gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Fontaine takes a knee to the side of the body.
Knees in the clinch landing for Horn.
Horn has Fontaine pressed against the ropes. He pushes Fontaine back and as he springs towards him off the ropes, Horn throws a beautiful elbow that sends Fontaine crashing to the floor! Horn piles on the pressure with more strikes! Fontaine is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kenny Horn!

Kenny Horn decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
