0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dean Winchester! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Markos Merisalu! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winchester closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Winchester is trying to break the clinch but Merisalu is controlling him. A short uppercut from Winchester.
Winchester breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Nice sprawl there from Winchester as Merisalu shoots in. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Winchester!
Merisalu throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Winchester's waist but Winchester gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Merisalu off to one side. Markos Merisalu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Merisalu circles away from the clinch attempt.
Winchester darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Merisalu fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Winchester avoids it really well and circles away. Dean Winchester has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Markos Merisalu. Merisalu shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Winchester as he avoids it easily.
Merisalu shoots in and bounces Winchester off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Winchester is looking to sinch up a triangle. Merisalu throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Winchester's body to avoid the submission. Winchester has instead reached around Merisalu's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Winchester arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, jt Wash! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Sosuke Kotani and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva has Wash up against the cage in a clinch.
Silva blocks a body shot from Wash. Nice elbow from Silva. Wash is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Silva tries to throw a body punch but Wash avoids it by throwing Silva back against the cage. Silva tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Wash smiles and moves away.
Horrible takedown by Silva or perhaps it was just good defense by Wash which made him look bad. Wash fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Wash fails with an attempt to clinch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wash is defended easily by Silva.
Silva pushes Wash up against the cage in a clinch.

Silva jumps guard and drags Wash to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Wash got a little sloppy there for a moment and Silva has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Wash has managed to get both his arms back between Silva's legs - danger averted. Silva might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Silva is pulling down on Wash's head. It's preventing any offense from Wash, at least for the moment. Wash stopping the sweep attempt from Silva. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Wash slaps away a takedown attempt from Silva, before circling back to the center of the mat. Wash looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Silva checks a leg kick. Silva takes one on the chin but seems OK.

and Wash counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wash seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Silva does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Wash works his way into full mount! Silva holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Wash tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Silva keeping moving, preventing Wash from controlling successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wash swats away the attempt to clinch by Silva. Jobson Silva is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Silva lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Wash circles away quickly and effectively.

He's worked his way up against the cage but Wash has just dragged him back down to the mat. Silva struggling a bit here. jt Wash has got the better of the ground game so far. Silva is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control. Wash gets to mount! Silva was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Wash controlling the pace for now.

Nogueira will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Drummond looks for a takedown but Wash sprawls well. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wash is defended easily by Drummond. Drummond misses with an attempted mid kick.

Wash is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Drummond. Drummond tries to clinch there but Wash circles away.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Owen Wash. I think Wash has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Vinicius on the wrong end of a nice jab. No luck with that takedown attempt from Vinicius. Vinicius shoots in for a takedown but Glover shows good takedown defense. Glover keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Larry Glover has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcus Vinicius. Glover blocks a leg kick. Vinicius shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Glover defends it nicely. Vinicius looks for a takedown but Glover sprawls well. No joy there for Glover , who threw a few shots but didn't land.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Glover tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Vinicius was well out of range. Poor timing from Glover . Larry Glover is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Glover scores with a punch to the head. Glover throws an overhand right that lands on Vinicius's shoulder, as Vinicius tries to avoid the shot. Glover bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Glover jabs Vinicius to the body, keeping him at a distance. Glover scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Vinicius gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Vinicius tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Glover is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Vinicius buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Vinicius!! Vinicius is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Glover throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
