Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 30 - 0, fighting out of London, Damian Pabin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
24 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Big Bastard! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Richard Clark and Donald Grub.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position. Bastard tries to pull guard but Pabin won't allow it.
A short left from Bastard. A head punch blocked on the inside by Pabin. Bastard lands on the inside with an uppercut.
 It looks like Damian Pabin has been cut. Pabin swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Bastard pulls guard effortlessly. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Bastard has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Pabin off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Pabin avoids a kick to the body.
Bastard cracks Pabin with a good jab.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Bastard throws the kick towards the body but Pabin avoids it.
Bastard rushes Pabin and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Bastard blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Bastard tries a body shot but Pabin blocks it.
Pabin escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Damian Pabin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Bastard wants to clinch up but Pabin keeps it at a distance. Pabin throws the left hand but Bastard avoids the punch easily. Pabin stuffs the takedown attempt from Bastard. Bastard gets slowly back to his feet. Bastard looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Damian Pabin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Big Bastard.
Bastard moves into the clinch successfully.

Bastard manages to break the clinch.
Pabin takes a swing at Bastard's ribcage but misses. Pabin throws a body punch but Bastard moves out of range. Bastard fails to land the takedown.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Bastard goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Bastard is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Bastard is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Bastard has had enough of the clinch but Pabin keeps him there for the moment. Bastard is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Pabin pulls him back up using the underhooks.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Bastard is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Pabin is trying to push Bastard away but Bastard has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Bastard working aggressively here.
Pabin has a couple of punches blocked by Bastard.
Bastard breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. A looping hook to the body misses from Pabin. Bastard does a little dance to reset his feet. Bastard shoots in for a double leg but Pabin sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bastard. Bastard throws a right and a left that Pabin avoids nicely.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Pabin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bastard. Bastard avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Bastard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bastard tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Bastard misses with an attempted head punch from side control. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bastard cracks Pabin with a big elbow. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The ground and pound from Bastard seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Big Bastard dominated that round. The cut man is working on Damian Pabin's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Bastard closes the distance and pushes Pabin back into the cage. Bastard tries to pull guard but Pabin won't allow it.

Bastard darts in and clinches Pabin up against the cage.
Bastard gets control of Pabin's arms and successfully pulls guard. Bastard will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Pabin trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Bastard is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Bastard thows a huge punch but Pabin dodges it nicely.
Bastard looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Pabin blocking the ground and pound attempt from Bastard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Pabin is looking to escape. Bastard throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Pabin wants to get back to full guard. Bastard slips a nice elbow through Pabin's hands, connecting with Pabin's forehead. Bastard seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
 Damian Pabin's cut is getting worse. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Bastard lands a nice short elbow.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Baggins displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ernie. Ernie looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Baggins fails in his attempt to clinch.
Baggins fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ernie, pushing him back against the cage. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Baggins. Ernie really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Baggins gets underhooks to prevent Ernie's takedown attempt.
Ernie is looking for a takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bert Ernie. That's going to take a lot out of him. Baggins is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Ernie is defending well for now. Baggins lands an elbow inside. Baggins misses with a knee to the head.
Baggins gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Ernie regains guard.
Baggins wants to control from the top but Ernie keeps moving. Baggins controls from within his opponent's guard. Ernie lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Baggins!

Ernie looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Baggins working to try and regain half guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Ernie wants to control the pace but Baggins is squirming around nicely. Baggins holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Ernie tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Baggins tries to hold on but Ernie pushes him away.
Ernie swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Baggins is now in Ernie's guard. A big mistake from Ernie there, giving up the dominant position! Baggins throwing strikes but missing. Baggins in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Baggins stays in close to Ernie's body and controls the position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Ernie keeping moving, preventing Baggins from controlling successfully. Baggins looking to pass the guard. Baggins is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Baggins stopping the sweep attempt from Ernie.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Baggins pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ernie is keeping the position for now.
 Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Baggins tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ernie swats him away and circles back towards the center. Baggins tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ernie manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Baggins tries to bum rush Ernie with a series of wild strikes but Ernie uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Baggins tries to close the distance and clinch but Ernie swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Horrible takedown by Ernie or perhaps it was just good defense by Baggins which made him look bad. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ernie fails with the takedown. Baggins fails in his attempt to clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Baggins counters by moving into the clinch. Baggins swings wildly with an uppercut but Ernie uses good head movement to avoid it. Baggins lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Baggins blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Baggins tries to land knees in the clinch but Ernie avoids the damage to the body. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Baggins lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
 That's one minute gone in the round. A nice glancing elbow lands by Baggins. Ernie takes an elbow to the temple. Baggins pushes off an throws an elbow but Ernie leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Ernie blocks an elbow strike from Baggins.
Baggins lands an elbow inside that Ernie shrugs off. Ernie takes a knee right on the jaw!

 It looks like Bert Ernie has been cut. Baggins lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Baggins's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Ernie drops down looking for an ankle pick but Baggins pulls his leg out and moves away.

 OK we're going to have a standup here. Frodo Baggins hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Baggins wants to clinch.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Ernie shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Baggins shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ernie but Ernie pushes him off and we're back to square one. Baggins doesn't manage to clinch there - Ernie circles away.
Frodo Baggins is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Ernie shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Baggins counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Baggins stopping the sweep attempt from Ernie. Baggins's corner is telling him to maintain position.
And that's the end of the fight! Frodo Baggins comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Baggins has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Clark gets tackled into the cage by Sproston. Sproston maintains the clinch. Clark has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Sproston is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Sproston wants to get back to striking at distance but Clark won't allow it.
Clark has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Sproston regains guard immediately. Clark looking to pass the guard. Sproston is wriggling around but Clark manages to pass to half guard.
Clark not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Sproston keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Still in half guard, Clark seems content to control.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Clark looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Clark with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
 We're going to have a standup here because John Clark wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Clark fails to land the takedown. Sproston thuds a left hand into Clark's body.
Sproston moves into range and clinches up with Clark. Sproston is trying to break the clinch but Clark is controlling him. Clark has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Sproston is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Clark. Clark is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sproston defends it well. Clark not doing much here.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Clark has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

 The ref stands the fighters back up. John Clark wasn't doing enough on the ground. Sproston connects with a leg kick. Clark looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. A head kick misses from Sproston. Sproston slaps away a takedown attempt from Clark, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Vinnie Sproston is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sproston pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Clark back to the cage. Sproston follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Clark postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Sproston is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Clark, into his guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Clark is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Sproston is controlling him. John Clark overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Clark controlling the position. Clark is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sproston is looking to break free of the clinch but Clark has double underhooks.

3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Johny Hughes! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Atkins and Donald Grub.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hughes stuffs the takedown attempt from The Kid. The Kid gets slowly back to his feet. Hughes leaves The Kid with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Hughes shoots in for a takedown but The Kid shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. The Kid keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hughes. Hughes throws a combination but it was largely blocked by The Kid. Johny Hughes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hughes looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? The Kid is fending him off so far but Hughes persists. Nope, The Kid circles away and we're back to standing.
The Kid closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Hughes's guard. The Kid engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Hughes is looking to stand up but The Kid isn't so interested in that idea. Hughes trying to keep a closed guard but The Kid is proving a slippery customer.

Hughes throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! The Kid escapes and throws Hughes's legs to the side, diving into side control! The Kid is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Hughes wants to control but The Kid postures up. The Kid is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Hughes's shoulder. That is not cool. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. The Kid's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The Kid will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Well, if The Kid is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The Kid gets slowly back to his feet. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. The Kid dives in and grabs Hughes's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hughes pushes down on The Kid's head and hops out. The Kid shoots and misses and Hughes counters with a series of strikes. The Kid will be more careful next time no doubt. Johny Hughes has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Hughes looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Kyle The Kid. Well I reckon that's a shut out for The Kid, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Bantum dives in and grabs Hollyfield's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hollyfield pushes down on Bantum's head and hops out.
