Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 26 - 1, fighting out of London, Bert Ernie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 14 - 1, fighting out of London, Sam Miguel! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ernie lands a two punch combo.
Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign! Ernie circles away from the clinch attempt.
A nice leg kick lands there from Miguel. Miguel is looking to take this fight into the clinch. The fight stays on the outside here - Miguel looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Miguel wants to clinch up but Ernie keeps it at a distance. Miguel tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Ernie manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Ernie pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Ernie pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Miguel fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bert Ernie. I think Miguel has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
