The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Raffinksi bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Lesnar's head.
It looks like Kbrock Lesnar has been cut. Raffinksi connects with a single shot there.
Lesnar is rocked! Lesnar uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Raffinksi. Lesnar is still on wobbly legs! Can Raffinksi finish him? Lesnar blocks a jab. Raffinksi throws a hook to the side of Lesnar's head but Lesnar sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Nice defenses there by Lesnar. Lesnar bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Lesnar shoots in for a takedown but Raffinksi shows good takedown defense. Lesnar blocks a jab. Raffinksi throws the left hand but Lesnar avoids the punch easily. Raffinksi is breathing heavily. Raffinksi really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Raffinksi.
That's one minute gone in the round. Raffinksi tries to break free but Lesnar pushes him back against the cage. Lesnar wants to take the fight to the mat but Raffinksi manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Raffinksi is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Lesnar is keeping busy. Lesnar seems to have recovered his senses. Lesnar breaks the clinch.
Lesnar closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Lesnar is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Raffinksi is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Lesnar is putting a hurting on Raffinksi here, landing some big shots from side control. Lesnar has knee on belly and moves into mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lesnar cracks Raffinksi with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lesnar pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. This has been an exciting period of action! Lesnar with a couple of short strikes. Lesnar tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Lesnar scoring with strikes but Raffinksi is staying in there. Lesnar landing strikes from the mount and Raffinksi is in trouble!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lesnar gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! Lesnar closes this distance looking for a takedown but Raffinksi circles away. Raffinksi throws a hook but Lesnar blocks it. Lesnar takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Raffinksi misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lesnar.
Raffinksi connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Raffinksi throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Raffinksi lands a nice shot that snaps Lesnar's head back.
Raffinksi cracks Lesnar on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Lesnar falls backwards against the cage. Raffinksi follows up with more strikes that drop Lesnar to his knees. Raffinksi keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Lesnar! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Igor Raffinksi! Igor Raffinksi decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ruzhyo throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Cole tries to clinch up. Cole tries to grapple but his opponent circles and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Cole tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ruzhyo swats him away and circles back towards the center. Cole circles away from the clinch attempt.
Nice uppercut there from Cole. Cole misses with a wild combination.
Cole swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Ruzhyo counters with a nice double leg into guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Cole wants to control but Ruzhyo passes easily into half guard.
Ruzhyo works his way into side control. Ruzhyo has hold of Cole's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Cole seems comfortable defending it but Ruzhyo has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Cole is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Cole is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Ruzhyo couldn't care less - he's delighted!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nascimento rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dawiz moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Dawiz will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Nascimento shoots for a double leg takedown but Dawiz sprawls well. He's pushed Nascimento's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Nascimento swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Dawiz tries for a takedown but Nascimento sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Nascimento shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dawiz as he avoids it easily. Nascimento shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Dawiz sprawls well. Dawiz wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Nascimento gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for William Nascimento. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dawiz shoots in but Nascimento avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Dawiz is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Nascimento pulls him back up using the underhooks. Nascimento tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Dawiz smiles and moves away.

Nascimento shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dawiz pinned against the cage. Dawiz gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nascimento is defended easily by Dawiz. Nascimento doesn't manage to clinch there - Dawiz circles away.

Dawiz working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Nascimento's head.

Nascimento on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dawiz lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Nascimento quite badly. Nascimento pulls Dawiz in close trying to recover. Dawiz postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Nascimento on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Nascimento doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Hughes circles away from the clinch attempt and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Sloppy strikes from Hughes. Those never looked like landing. Nice sprawl there from Hughes as Silva shoots in. Silva tries to clinch up but Hughes circles away and keeps his distance. Hughes turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Silva misses with a takedown attempt - Hughes sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hughes tries to avoid it but Silva manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hughes to the ground. Hughes escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Silva moves away from the strike by Hughes. Hughes throws a sloppy head kick and Silva moves out of range easily. Silva shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hughes but Hughes pushes him off and we're back to square one. Hughes ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Silva moves away. Silva looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hughes is fending him off so far but Silva persists. Nope, Hughes circles away and we're back to standing. Hughes fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Hughes checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Silva shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hughes as he avoids it easily. Silva tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Hughes swivels and escapes. Hughes throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Hughes tries to land a front kick but Silva steps back. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Richards stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Richards wants it to stay on the feet. Richards closes this distance looking for a takedown but Rivet circles away. Rivet misses with a double jab.
Rivet looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Richards changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Rivet looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Rivet misses with a strike from the bottom. Rivet can't do much from the bottom here. Rivet is not content to let Richards control the position. Richards taking a breather here. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Ciku trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Morales is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Varnsen is surviving well by controlling Morales's body position as best he can. That's four minutes gone in the round. Morales really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Varnsen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Morales wants to get back to full guard. Varnsen slows the pace down in half guard. Varnsen's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Morales has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Varnsen regains guard immediately. Morales is breathing heavily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Varnsen manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Varnsen shoots for a double leg takedown but Morales sprawls well. He's pushed Varnsen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Morales throws a low kick, looking for Varnsen's leg but Varnsen calmly moves out of range. Morales fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Varnsen sprawls well initially but Morales persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Varnsen won't allow Morales to pass to mount. Varnsen keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. The fighters are battling for position here. Varnsen manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Varnsen pulls Morales in to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morales won't allow Varnsen to sweep him here. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Varnsen manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Morales manages to get himself to full guard.
Varnsen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Morales swivels though and keeps the full guard. Varnsen trying to control the position from guard on top but Morales is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Morales trying to keep a closed guard but Varnsen is proving a slippery customer.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Nice takedown defense from Morales. No joy for Varnsen on that attempt. Varnsen fails with a takedown attempt. Kel Varnsen is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kel Varnsen. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Varnsen shoots in looking for a takedown but Morales manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Varnsen's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Varnsen gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Morales tries to free his leg and advance position but Varnsen is retaining full guard. Morales takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Varnsen pulls Morales in close to prevent any damage. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Varnsen is on top in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Varnsen controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Morales is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Varnsen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Morales has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Varnsen has managed to get both his arms back between Morales's legs - danger averted. Varnsen stays in close to Morales's body and controls the position. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Varnsen has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Kel Varnsen. Varnsen shoots in and bounces Morales off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Morales throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Varnsen wants to control from the top but Morales keeps moving. Morales being controlled here, momentarily. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that's the end of the fight! Kel Varnsen showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Varnsen, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
