Chechet clinches.
Chechet misses with a knee strike.

Kowalski comes to the cage accompanied by Reptile Theme. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bush shoots in for a takedown but Trang shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Bush drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Trang looking for a guillotine here but Bush defends easily.
Bush lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Bush postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Trang working a defensive guard but Bush passes into half guard.
Trang has hold of Bush's hands but Bush slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Trang wants to improve his position but Bush is controlling well.
Trang might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Bush working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Bush wants to work for an arm triangle but Trang is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Trang is looking to get back to full guard here but Bush has managed to pass to side control instead.
Trang looks to move to half guard but instead Bush has passed into mount! Damn!
Bush putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Trang could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Bush lands a big shot there that rocks Trang but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Bush looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Trang covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
