The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jalandoni shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lynch pinned against the cage. Lynch gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Jalandoni throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jalandoni changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lynch tries to avoid it but Jalandoni manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lynch to the ground. Lynch escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Lynch lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jalandoni circles away quickly and effectively.
Lynch with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Lynch stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brian Jalandoni. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jalandoni dives in and grabs Lynch's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lynch pushes down on Jalandoni's head and hops out.
Jalandoni looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Jalandoni shoots in for a takedown but Lynch shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
