The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marney keeps the fight on the outside. Marney throws a lazy uppercut
and Villia counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Villia tries to clinch up but Marney circles away and keeps his distance. Villia is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Marney throws an off balance right hand
and Villia counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Villia. Marney breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Marney will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

It connects and Safertin has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Thor Omega seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A jab from Omega does it's job there. Omega connects with a crisp jab. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Safertin fails with an attempt to clinch.
