The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown tries to clinch but Karelin moves out of range. Brown closes the distance looking to clinch and Karelin makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Karelin swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Brown tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Karelin counters with a stiff right hand. Brown darts in trying to clinch and Karelin counters with a stiff right hand. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Brown darts in trying to clinch and Karelin counters with a big left hand that crumples Brown! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Backscratcher scores with a three punch combo!
Nice defenses there by Backscratcher. Reeler takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Brian Backscratcher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Backscratcher misses with the combination.
Backscratcher lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Backscratcher. Backscratcher stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Backscratcher wants it to stay on the feet. Backscratcher scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Reeler on the wrong end of a nice jab. Reeler tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Backscratcher paws at him with a jab and circles away. Backscratcher works the jab nicely. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Danga de danga de dang - Backscratcher scores with a four punch combination! Reeler misses with a head kick.

Reeler is rocked! Backscratcher finds Reeler's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Reeler flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Backscratcher lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Reeler will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Brian Backscratcher! A very excited looking Brian Backscratcher made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

Tarzan is sneakily working for an arm triangle but De Ertu sees it coming and defends easily. Tarzan prevents De Ertu from improving his position. De Ertu is trying to maintain the position but Tarzan is very close to passing his half guard. De Ertu gets full guard. De Ertu is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Tarzan defends well. Tarzan preventing the sweep. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

De Ertu might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Tarzan kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Tarzan is looking to control De Ertu's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tarzan avoid being mounted? If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. De Ertu clinches up against the cage. Tarzan is fighting off a takedown attempt but De Ertu is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Tarzan to the mat. Tarzan regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Elovaara misses with a lunging right hand
and Curtis cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Elovaara ducks under a wild hook from Curtis. Elovaara catches Curtis with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Elovaara is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Curtis. Curtis throws a hook but Elovaara blocks it. Curtis pivots, looking for a leg kick but Elovaara is out of range and Curtis settles back down. Elovaara steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Curtis. Elovaara throws a lazy right hand but Curtis sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Curtis tries to clinch there but Elovaara circles away.

A little nod from Curtis there as he acknowledges the shot. Curtis throws a looping overhand right but Elovaara ducks down to avoid it. Curtis throws a low kick but it's checked well by Elovaara. Elovaara misses with an uppercut. Elovaara looks to land a right hand but Curtis moved out of range.

Elovaara paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Elovaara throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Curtis's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Elovaara connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Curtis scrambles back to his feet. A nice leg kick lands there from Curtis. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Elovaara lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Curtis has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Curtis and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. A jab lands there for Elovaara. A big left from Elovaara misses. Elovaara misses with a straight right. Curtis throws a low kick but Elovaara avoids it. A left lands for Elovaara. Elovaara might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Elovaara scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Oh Kruger is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Folkeson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kruger.
Folkeson connects with a nice cross there... Kruger is looking wobbly and Folkeson recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Kruger to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Folkeson jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
