Johnsson shoots in looking for a takedown. Markson tries to sprawl out of it but Johnsson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Markson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Markson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Johnsson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Johnsson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Markson swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Markson cracks Johnsson with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Markson lands a nice leg kick that just misses Johnsson's sensitive parts.
Markson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Johnsson.
Markson scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Johnsson has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Markson.
Johnsson tries for a takedown but Markson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Markson scores with a hook to the body. Johnsson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Johnsson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Johnsson goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Markson rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Johnsson's guard! Nice work there by Markson!

Johnsson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Markson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Markson sends Johnsson crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Markson is motioning to the referee to let Johnsson up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Johnsson is still on wobbly legs! Can Markson finish him?
Johnsson tries to get into range but Markson steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Johnsson! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Markson scores the big KO victory!
