Felipe closes the distance and clinches up with LaSorte, looking for a takedown. Felipe pushes LaSorte against the cage but LaSorte circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Felipe fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but LaSorte avoids it really well and circles away.
Jean LaSorte seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

LaSorte ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Felipe moves away.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Yavo might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Well Kuma has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Santos closes the distance and clinches up with Grouch, looking for a takedown. Santos pushes Grouch against the cage but Grouch circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Santos drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Santos accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Grouch wants to stand up but Santos is controlling him.
Santos postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Grouch wants to stand and escape but Santos is having none of it.

Santos gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Grouch rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Santos moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Grouch leaves Santos with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Grouch lands with a nice combination. Santos backs away looking to recover.

It looks like Junior Santos has been cut.
Grouch throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Santos.
Oscar Grouch seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Grouch comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Grouch drops Santos with a beautiful combination! Santos stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Grouch is looking for the KO!

Santos is rocked!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Grouch connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Santos to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Grouch!
