Tate closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Tate keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

Tate trying to control the position but Sampson is working away.
Sampson tries to improve position but can't.
Tate just content to control the position.
Tate looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Sampson is avoiding damage well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Mack leaves Tep with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
